Pros:

I went to Pokhara with my girlfriend, and I had booked this hotel. It turned out to be better than I expected. The hotel was very clean, and the AC room, as well as the bathroom, were excellent and well-maintained.

Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
Cons:

I would strongly reconsider staying at this place. It was my worst experience in Pokhara, and I did not feel welcomed at all.

When I arrived, neither the bed nor the room was ready. The receptionist should have simply asked me to wait until check-in was possible. Instead, I was taken to a dirty room and told it would be cleaned soon, which was quite disappointing.

After returning a couple of hours later, I asked for a towel—or even if I could rent one—but the receptionist was unwilling to help and did not provide any solution.

Due to these issues, I decided to cancel my stay. However, my request was refused, even though my Booking.com reservation clearly stated that I was eligible for a refund if I canceled before 6 PM on the same day.

Pros:

It's a short walk from the Lakeside area, which means it is quiet. The owner, Raj, is very helpful and can arrange activities, transport etc. My room has a balcony with lake view
