Ik heb Dubbel aanrekening gekregen gekregen op mij visa card. Ze hebben mij ook 50chf EXTRA aangerekend en hebben zelfs niet gezegd waarom dit gebeurd is. Daarna hebben ze mijn Visa card gebruikt om de reservering te bevestigen en hebben toch bij aankomst receptie OPNIEUW volledig bedrag van mijn Visa card afgehaald... Niet professioneel..

Nice and big, albeit dated room in Residence, direct access from parking garage (CHF 25.00 per night), very nice and competent staff: shower head leaked badly, but Jelena from housekeeping made sure it was repaired swiftly. Delay made me late for included free breakfast (buffet empty), but Lorenza (head of restaurant) made sure I still got a full and tasty breakfast - thank you both for your warmth and professionalism!

Cons:

Room is very big, but furniture is dated and seating was uncomfortable.
Shower head was damaged (water leaking out from the hose instead of head), but got fixed quickly.
