El wifi pésimo y pues el servicio de recepción ni te pelan, hay otros que cada que regresas te dan la bienvenida y otras cosas pero aquí bien equis

Es centrico, personal amable y limpio. Todo muy bien.

TV non funzionante.
Internet non funzionante.
Dopo questi disservizi anche il coraggio di chiedermi altri soldi per avere il telecomando dell'aria condizionata.
Staff improvvisato: per qualunque cosa doveva telefonare a qualcuno per chiedere.
Lenzuola logore e consumate con il nome di un altro albergo...
Fortunatamente ho prenotato per un giorno solo con l'idea di spostarmi.

Hotel, limpio, económico y todo cerca, centro, mercado, ado, taxis, playa, tiendas, para quien gusta de disfrutar el mar todo el día y venir a descansar al hotel lo recomiendo ampliamente, yo sí regreso

Fue muy bueno los chicos de la recepción muy atentos nos ayudaron a contestar un cuestionario que nos pidió el aeropuerto nos consiguió un taxi que nos trajo a todos lados y los precios muy económicos

Overall it was good but i did not noticed when i request the room with expedia that the price i was paying it was just for ventilator when is ask for the ac they reply me that i did not pay for it and if wanted i need to pay extra and that really kills the good vibe i was having but at the same time i understand is their business and the electricity is expensive.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, esta a dos cuadras del mercado 3 de mayo donde encontraran una gran variedad de artesanías, una plaza y mucha oferta gastronómica a precios muy accesibles.

Muy céntrico, la habitación que reservé por esta aplicación no coincide con la que me dieron, de lo demás exelente.

The staff was super nice and accepted me for check-in early morning. A restaurant next door which I went three times. Hotel located in central of small town.

Habitaciones cómodas y agradables. El hotel se encuentra en zona centro y queda muy cerca todo. Buena atención y amabilidad por parte del personal.

Las camas son demasiado duras, y el baño no tiene agua caliente, aún diciendo eso al pagar eh incluso es la llave viene especificado agua caliente lo cual no lo tiene.
Todo lo demás sin problema algo muy buen lugar !

Todo muy bien. Bien hubicado, amabilidad, limpieza, lo único que pasó fue que su terminal de tarjetas de crédito nunca tenía conexión, tuve que ir al banco para pagar en efectivo. Tampoco había wifi. O a menos que estuviera fallando, pero realmente no fue un problema porque casi todo el tiempo uno está afuera.

I like the hospitality of staff. Even though we had to communicate @ time using translation method the warmest of staff made us feel special. Location excellent

This hotel is in Crucecita, 2 block from the Zocalo and about 1 KM from the ADO bus Station. You can get collectivo for 6 pesos to the center of Huatulco. Crucecita is more reasonable priced than Huatulco.
This hotel is on a side street and the building is in the middle third of the street, so it's quiet at night. My room, on the 2nd floor, did not have a window to the street, but had a window to the stairwell. There was no way to lock this window. 2 full beds provided. It was relatively cool in the room and was comfortable with the ceiling fan. There was an A/C wall unit in the room, but a remote control was not provided. If it had been extremely hot or air wasn't moving, I would have asked for it, but it was OK without. Bottled Water was not provided in the room. Credit card machine was not working when I arrived, so I paid in the morning when checking out. Towel, soap, sheet and blanket provided...bathmat not provided. Wi-FI was OK, 4-5 MB/second download speed.
It was basic, a good place to stay a few days, but not a room you want to hang out in for long periods of time. 300 pesos is a fair price for this room.
