Location molto bella e curata
Pros:

Camera e spazi comuni ampi e luminosi, tutto molto curato nei dettagli, ottima colazione. Ottima posizione per visitare le spiagge di Chia.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è che il bagno privato è fuori dalla camera e bisogna passare da uno spazio comune per accedervi.

Pros:

Host gentilissima e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia e la dimensione della camera. C'è anche una camera con bagno riservato ma sul corridoio. Va specificato se non gradita. Cucina provvista di tutto in comune con gli altri occupanti. Ottima la qualità/prezzo.

Pros:

La massima disponibilità da parte di Tiziana. Il B&B è davvero bellissimo, accogliente e comodo da raggiungere. La colazione e la cucina in comune è fornita di tutti i comfort Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi, compresa la guardia medica.
Sita A 15 minuti da spiagge bellissime.

Cons:

Soltanto il bagno, ha dei problemini con la doccia e la tavoletta del wc rotta.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, casa pulita e con tutto il necessario. Noi cuciniamo e c'erano finalmente tutti utensili e pentole. Tiziana ha lascia a disposizione anche snack e acqua in cucina, caffè e quant'altro.

Tiziana è gentilissima e cucina delle torte deliziose; inoltre ha reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ulteriore nota positiva (non scontata!) è il fatto che ha messo a disposizione anche molti libri! Complimenti!

Exceptional
Pros:

The host was exceptionally friendly and caring - we forgot our clothes in the apartment and she messaged us immediately. She also enabled us self check-in.
Beside all that, the house is wonderful, the shared kitchen has everything you need, we ate breakfast on the balcony. Great value for the money.

Cons:

Nothing to be disliked.
