It was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. We stayed on the 26th floor and had an exceptional view of the Empire State Building. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only downside was that, at times, the wait for the elevator could be a bit long, though it wasn't always the case

El hotel esta sitiado En una zona excepcional cerca de las mayores atracciones. Sus instalaciones, modernas y cómodas con excelente decoración. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de su personal y la predisposición para la ayuda, especialmente Jeff que me ayudó con un problema que tuve con una compra que llegó demorada. Siempre bien predispuesto y se logró obtener lo que estaba demorado gracias a él y el resto del personal

It was solid all around
Die Lage war außergewöhnlich, die Straße hoch war direkt die 5th ave die Straße runter direkt eine Ubahnstation und in nur 10 Minuten war man auf dem Timesquare. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Größe war ausreichend für ein Stadthotel. Das Housekeeping war wirklich toll, jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt.
Es war alles super!
Great area, proximity with Times Square, Empire State, shops. Short walk to the subway near Bryant Park. Great views from the Rooftop Bar Cima

Ceiling in the bedroom was very disappointing and displeasing to look at. Cement ceiling is distressed , unfinished and extremely unattractive- does not fit with the rest of the room.
Location close to Bryant Park, the Metro station and it was a quiet road. Easy access to Citibikes and a bike lane on the road. Friendly staff at check in, and at Harta restaurant
The wait for lifts was very long at times
CIMA restaurant was closed for maintenance but no communication about it
The aircon in rooms is terrible, as not possible to set to continuously on. It blasts cold air to get to desired temp, then stops and only re-starts once room is much warmer
