Great location, great people
Pros:

The location was great, the front staff very helpful and welcoming. The signature cocktails at the bar were pretty solid.

Cons:

The room was nice, but felt unfinished. The ceiling wasn't painted and had stains. The HVAC unit was pretty loud. I couldn't hear guests in other rooms, but I certainly heard all of their plumbing.

Very good stay with a few annoying but quick easy fixes that could be made
Pros:

Staff and location were perfect. And cleanliness we couldn't fault. Overall facilities were ok though misleading as it suggested minibar when really you had to order from a mini bar ie. not just located in your room.

As mentioned above facilities could be better. It suggested minibar when really you had to order from a mini bar ie. not just located in your room. This also wasn't great as we assumed this would mean a fridge to put milk in for our little one but no. Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and when we asked for some we got given a kettle but then coffee filters which needed a coffee machine to use so we ended up buying some instant coffee to use with the coffee to have first thing. One other thing was that it looked like the ceiling wasn't finished in our room, it needed plastering and painting. Not sure if this was the look they were going for but it definitely didn't fit in with the rest of the décor.
