Pros:

Free coffee in the morning goes a long way. Staff were very friendly and gave me a room in a quiet part of the hotel so I could sleep.

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. We stayed on the 26th floor and had an exceptional view of the Empire State Building. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was that, at times, the wait for the elevator could be a bit long, though it wasn't always the case

El hotel esta sitiado En una zona excepcional cerca de las mayores atracciones. Sus instalaciones, modernas y cómodas con excelente decoración. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de su personal y la predisposición para la ayuda, especialmente Jeff que me ayudó con un problema que tuve con una compra que llegó demorada. Siempre bien predispuesto y se logró obtener lo que estaba demorado gracias a él y el resto del personal
