Pros:

Современный отель, комфортные кровати

Cons:

Отель расположен фасадом на стройку и с 7 утра начинаются строительные работы (шумная техники и переговоры рабочих)
Кроме того, у халатов, которые находились в номере не было поясов, что либо смысла этого удобства)

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y precio

Su excelente ubicación, sus instalaciones muy limpias, me hospedé durante 5 días y 4 noches y en ningún momento tuve una mala experiencia, el servicio de limpieza a diario muy bueno y eficiente, muy buena ubicación, accesible a todo lo importante de Playa del Carmen

Somente da localização. Fui enganada. Reservei com café da manhã e tinha apenas uma cafeteira no quarto com UMA dose de café para 4 dias! Recepcionistas não fazem questão de te ajudar. Não voltaria

Apart from construction noise and adequate service, it was a good value for money and block away from 5th avenue

Good location. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room facilities such as towels were very old and worn out. Daily room cleaning was not adequate. Water pressure was extremely low for sink use. Heavy construction noise all day long. We even found some cockroaches in the cabinet.

Breakfast was okay. Restaurant staff was nice. Rooftop pool was cute.

Cons:

Front desk staff is unhelpful and you have to get everything from them (check, breakfast coupon, pool towels). The pool isn’t as pictured. There is no pool bar, like they say. It’s not very clean and a lot of it is broken (like my room door didn’t close right), the shower head was like tied together. I paid more to stay here and it was the worst hotel stay I’ve had in Playa.

Pros:

Excelentes acomodações e Localização. Camas muito confortáveis. Estacionamento privado e 7Eleven perto do Hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Os quartos não possuem frigobar. Café da manhã gostoso mas poderia ser um pouco mais. Em dias de muito movimento, como por exemplo domingo, os funcionários não davam conta dos pedidos. Talvez mudar um pouco o acesso as bebidas e alguns pratos possa ser uma solução já que a área da piscina onde é servido o café é muito boa.

Cons:

Malgré un super emplacement, il y a beaucoup de chantier autour donc beaucoup de bruit à partir de 7h du matin (consciente que ce détail soit indépendant de l’hôtel).

En varias oportunidades había mal olor en la habitación, salía de la cañería del lava manos.
Por otro lado no dejaban toallas para las manos/cara solo una de cuerpo para cada persona.
