שירות מצוין !!! הכל נקי חדרים , אוכל כל הצוות מאוד נחמד ממש ממליצה ללכת לשם!!!
נקי מאוד,מסודר, צוות מאוד נדיב.
צוות שמהרגע הראשון נתן תחושה כאילו אנו גנבים .
איש בטחון שלא האמין שאני שוהה במלון גם אחרי שהצגתי לו הוכחה ועלה אחריי לחדר ונכנס לחדר כדי לבדוק שאין עוד אנשים .
שירות מזעזע
החדרים והתחזוקה: נקיים ללא רבב ומעניקים תחושה יוקרתית של מלון חדש לחלוטין. השהות עברה בצורה חלקה, זורמת וללא אף תקלה.
האווירה והשירות: צוות המלון מתאפיין באדיבות יוצאת דופן, גישה חיובית ותודעת שירות גבוהה המגיעה באמת מהלב.

לא היה דבר כזה! פשוט אין משהו שלא אהבנו.
Очень красивый и уютный отель. Чисто , ухоженно , тихо и спокойно. Завтрак достаточно скромный. Посмотрели , что подают на ужин (четверг) и ушли кушать в ресторан Магдалена который в 5 минутах ходьбы.
Впервые за все мои поездки я была настолько разочарована подушками. Их много, но все ужасные. Пух-перо? 21 век! А если аллергия ? Они ужасно жесткие, перо проходит сквозь ткань и колит в кожу. Мне пришлось сворачивать полотенца и спать на них🥹

אוכל ברמה גבוהה, למרות שקצת חזר על עצמו
קצת חסר איזה טיילת לים כדי לעשות את המקום מושלם
