חדרים גדולים ויפים!

המלון מושלם! רמה גבוהה מאוד! החדרים גדולים ונוחים. המיטה. הבריכה מושלמת. מים חמימים. מיטות שיזוף נוחות. יש סופר ענקקק 2 דקות ברגל ואיזור מסחרי עם אופציות לאכול. ארוחת הבוקר והערב ממש אחלה. כל אחד יכול למצוא את עצמו. הצוות מאוד מאוד אדיב. המלון מאוד שקט ונוח. ממליצה מאוד!!!
אין מקרר בחדר.
אולי בחודשי הקיץ להקצות איזשהו חדרון למשחקייה לילדים.
המלון בנוי יפה ומושקע בפנים ובחוץ. הצוות מאוד שירותי ונעים. הכל נקי ומוקפד.
מלו יפהפה, חדר גדול ומפנק, בריכה נהדרת, שירות מצוין של כל הצוות החל מהקבלה ועד לשף בחדר אוכל.
ארוחת ערב מאכזבת, המלון היה ממש ריק (בין 2-3 שולחנות של אורחים +שולחן מתנדבים של המקום) ולפיכך הארוחה די דלה מבחינת האפשרויות , הייתה טעימה אך לא מגוונת , ציפיתי להרבה יותר. ארוחת בוקר היה שיפור מבחינת המגוון אבל באופן כללי התאכזבתי מהארוחות
The property was absolutely immaculate and the service was impeccable. The assistant manager of the reception was beyond kind and at our disposal if any assistance was required.
The pool could have been a bit bigger but it wasn’t a dealbreaker either.

Outstanding service by the front desk team, as someone that works in that field, is nice to see such a high level of service and hospitality, but in general everyone gave us great service and the place is beautiful, highly recommended!
The pool has not a bar close by, maybe would be a good idea to add a bar inside the pool area or closer than the lobby bar
ארוחת בוקר טובה. צוות שירותי וחביב מאוד. בריכה גדולה ויפה. חדרים גדולים.
במקום 2 מיטות עדיפה מיטה אחת גדולה בחלק מהחדרים. חסרה כורסה בחדר.
חדר מאוד נוח .שקט ונקי
יש שטח בניה ליד.קצת פוגע בנוף.
הכל במיוחד בחור בשם וואסים בשארה נתן לנו שירות ויחס ברמה הכי גבוהה שיכולה להיות

Great breakfast selection. The hotel is located on one of the roads that lead to the Kinneret. No need to drive through town, which is a great bonus. A great shopping center just across the parking lot, walking distance. A great restarant: Magdalena - MUST order in advance !!!
The hotel is Not Kosher
The only comment I have, is that the pool life guard (whom are external company) do not fully keep the pool clean or quiet. Everyone brings food to the pool, glass bottles and glasses. Which shouldn't be accepatble.
