Pros:

It's a ranch in a more remote area of Costa Rica, accessible only by 4x4. We specifically wanted that so that was perfect. Staff is very nice, although they don't speak a lot of english. Breakfast was good and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

There is a bad insulation and there were *a lot* of bugs coming into the room. Not sure if this was because of the rain but we frequently found spiders, little bugs, ants, etc. in all of the places, including sensitive areas of the bathroom :)

This should be improved!

Un lugar hermoso!
Pros:

Me encantaron las cobijas y las almohadas.
El café que cultivan ahí mismo es delicioso, y puedes comprar diversas variedades de exportación, la vista al volcán Turrialba es de fotografía y el desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

Cons:

No hay algo que exactamente no nos gustara, sin embargo el restaurante no opera 100% del tiempo en temporada baja por lo que es mejor consultar. Pero hay restaurantes cercanos agradables y la comida es muy rica.

Beautiful location, surrounded by gardens full of birds.
Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful and food in the restaurant was delicious

Sehr schöne Lodge
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage, sehr schöner Garten. Sehr gute Küche, haben auch ein Sandwich ausserhalb Küchenzeiten bekommen.

Cons:

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster mit Mückennetz zu öffnen.

Sehenswerte Abwechslung von Vegetation und Klima (nachts wirds kalt).
Pros:

Tolle Lage, toller Garten, warme Dusche, viele schöne Möglichkeiten, um mit tollem Blick zu sitzen - drinnen und draußen. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Nicht schlimm, nur anders als erwartet: Es wurde uns freier Kaffee und Tee angekündigt. Im Zimmer gab es allerdings nur eine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher.
