Pros:

La gentillesse et l'accueil de Mariam et toute son équipe, le personnel de la réception, du restaurant.... Merci à tous

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite, les bruits des voisins dans les couloirs, ainsi que la pression très variable et bruyante de l'eau dans la tuyauterie de la salle de bain. Wc et douche, il y a de l'air dans les tuyaux. Les chambres sont trop chauffées aussi.

Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi bohatá, chutná, z lokálních surovin. Jídla bylo dostatek. Personál byl usměvavý a ochotný

Cons:

Na pokoji bylo chladněji, čistota by mohla být lepší. Personál byl lehce zmaten naší přítomností, jazyková bariéra (angličtina) byla lehce znatelná. Ubytování rozhodně nemá vlastní bazén, saunu, do toho musíte cca 250 metrů mimo areál hotelu přes silnici. Stejně tak možnosti wellness nám rozhodně nabídnuty nebyly.

Pros:

Очень чистый номер, нормальная температура воды из-под крана, хороший двор, персонал приветливый. Еду не пробовали, только переночевали.

Cons:

Понравилось всё, насчёт завтраков и ужинов не могу сказать ничего, не ели.

As imagens e informação disponibilizda no booking são enganadoras. Refere que o hotel tem piscina e spa, o que não é verdade, essas instalações estão localizadas em frente ao hotel e são pagas à parte.

Очень вежливый персонал. Чистые комнаты. Есть все одноразовые принадлежности.
Pros:

Семейный маленький отель. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Большой плюс Спа зона.

Good location and Clean
Pros:

The location and the cleanness was wonderful. Staff were very friendly.
The bathrooms were renovated and clean.

Cons:

There's no swimming pool in the hotel building and the spa and swimming pools are located across the street and at the check-in we were told as we done our reservation by Booking.com there's an extra entrance fee around 35$ for one person to use the swimming pool or sauna or other facilities.
The refrigerator was not working.
There is no heating system in the rooms if the rooms are cold.
We were charged for a 9 years old child to use the sofa in the Deluxe king Room ( no pillow for sleeping ) but in the policy there was written it will be charged for above 13 years.
