Ich war 12 Nächte beruflich im Aragaz Hotel. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war beim Bezug sauber und geräumig im Erdgeschoss zum Garten gelegen. Fenster sind mit Fliegenschutz ausgestattet. Um zum Schwimmbad zu gelangen überquert man die Straße. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten schön gestaltet. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte nett, sprach kein Englisch (bis auf eine Dame) daher kann ich das Personal nicht gut beurteilen. Das Frühstück schmeckte und bot zum Glück armenisches Essen. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt Bademäntel, Fön und Seifenspender. Bad wirkt neu und sauber. W-Lan funktioniert auch. Parkplatz vorhanden

Cons:

Man musste täglich nach Toilettenpapier fragen. Der Zimmerservice kam nur auf Anfrage und reinigte nie die Toilette und das Waschbecken. Beim grundsätzlich guten Frühstück gibt es keinen Kaffee!!! Nur Instantkaffee- geht leider garnicht! „Richtigen Kaffee“ bezahlt man extra und muss diesen an der Rezeption bestellen, nicht etwa beim Frühstückspersonal…will man also beim Frühstücken Kaffee oder sonst was, rennt man jedesmal zur Rezeption- warum auch immer. Leider bietet das Hotel keine offensichtlichen Touristeninformationen oder Touren an. Wenn man als Tourist nicht Russisch oder Armenisch spricht, ist die Organisation von Ausflügen nicht einfach und je nach Rezeptionspersonal bekommt man auf Grund der Sprachbarriere nicht mal Informationen zum Hotelangebot. Schade. Es werden Fahrräder verliehen zu einem viel zu hohen Preis (viel teurer als in Deutschland) Zimmer sind mit Teppich. Wer im Garten rauchen möchte muss jedesmal nach einem Aschenbecher fragen. Etwas unpraktisch. Im Zimmer fehlen Haken um Jacken und Taschen aufzuhängen. Ansonsten alles gut!!

Pros:

The front desk representatives were helpful and professional. The kitchen staff had great service and housekeeping was prompt. The room was very clean. The sports complex across the street was a nice perk for staying at the hotel. Table tennis was fun. The booking. com website tested this hotel at 7.9. It's easily over 9.

Cons:

The shower floor seems like it doesn't have enough incline to keep the water inside.

La gentillesse et l'accueil de Mariam et toute son équipe, le personnel de la réception, du restaurant.... Merci à tous

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite, les bruits des voisins dans les couloirs, ainsi que la pression très variable et bruyante de l'eau dans la tuyauterie de la salle de bain. Wc et douche, il y a de l'air dans les tuyaux. Les chambres sont trop chauffées aussi.

Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi bohatá, chutná, z lokálních surovin. Jídla bylo dostatek. Personál byl usměvavý a ochotný

Cons:

Na pokoji bylo chladněji, čistota by mohla být lepší. Personál byl lehce zmaten naší přítomností, jazyková bariéra (angličtina) byla lehce znatelná. Ubytování rozhodně nemá vlastní bazén, saunu, do toho musíte cca 250 metrů mimo areál hotelu přes silnici. Stejně tak možnosti wellness nám rozhodně nabídnuty nebyly.
