Pros:

Свежий ремонт. Чисто. Белье меняют каждый день, как и полотенца.

Cons:

В ванной комнате нет вытяжки и полотенцесушииеля. Нет воды в номере, при такой цене. В ресторане грязные бокалы и тарелки с битами краями.. Одеяло не в пододеяльнике, а в двух простынях, постоянно выпадает

Prima, wel duur voor de locatie.
Pros:

Schoon, nieuw en modern! Ontbijt prima, lekker veel vers fruit!

Cons:

De kamers zijn wel echt heel klein, je kan je koffertje nergens kwijt. Daarnaast is de locatie niet ideaal. Je moet best een stukje voor de metro en in de buurt is niet veel te doen.

Muy recomandable en general
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y todas las instalaciones muy nuevas.

Cons:

El dasayuno tenía poca variedad (por ejemplo no tenia desayuno americano como huevos y bacon, solo algun bollito, celearles y pan para tostar). Y el chico que atendía allí no tenía mucho que hacer debido a esto y se ausentaba mucho en vez de estar presente. Además, la zona del desayuno es muy pequeña, en temporada alta es posible que no tengas sitio. Otro punto importante es que si no lo pillaste con la habitación y lo quieres pagar un día, es carísimo para, como digo, las pocas opciones que tiene.

Por último, por ponernos un poco más exquisitos, la ducha era demasiado aparatosa. En la mia no te podías bañar porque el sumidero es de estos modernos que después de muchas veces ya no cierra. Tiene un panel de cristal movible pero nada para que se quede doblado por lo que se quedará abierto y en el baño solo hay un cajón que está medio ocupado por el secador.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect - on a quiet street, 5minute walk from the nearest METRO station, everything you need within a walking distance.

Very nice design of the lobby, the pool area very beat and tidy.

The overall cleaniness of the hotel.

Cons:

We have a lot of thoughts to consider:
* poor breakfast choice, every day exact the same products
* no hair Dryer and toilet brush in the bathroom
* the cleaning service comes by at random times - the first day it was around 4pm - we were in the room so the room was not cleaned, on the second day we came by at around 5pm and the room was still not cleaned, so we requested the cleaning and Heard from the receptionist that the cleaning service has a lot of work and she is not sure if it will be possbile. After the intervention the room was cleaned.
* NO SOUNDPROOFING whatsoever - hearing even the wardrobe door sliding
* the terrace rooms are located on the first floor and the terraces face the patio, surrounded by tall buildings
* bare in mind (mentioned in the hotel specification) that the hotel bar is CLOSED during the weekends!
* weird way of dressing the duvet - instead of using the decitated covers, the duvet is stuck between two bed sheets (as pictured)

It was our third and surely not last time in Barcelona, but one thing we are sure of - we will not go back to Zenit Borrell.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön um die Orte kennenzulernen wo die Locals sind. Es ist aber auch super um schnell zum Strand oder die Stadt zu kommen. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind super lieb wie auch die Zimmerdamen. Alle sind sehr herzlich, mit Englisch kommt man dort auch super zurecht. Wir waren früher da als unser Check In Termin, das war auch kein Problem. Das Zimmer war blitz blank und auch die Dachterrasse und das Gym waren sauber. Am Pool waren auch immer Handtücher und genug Platz im mit mehreren Personen einen schönen Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Es gab keine Toiletten bürste im Zimmer. Das war tatsächlich das einzige was gestört hat. Sonst war wirklich alles super, ich würde dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Pros:

I liked the location. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Good place overall.

Cons:

The fitness center was poor, but you could go outside on a terrace.

Nice discovery point for Barcelona
Pros:

Location is really good, we walked to most places but also close to some metro stops. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, lots of places nearby. Everything in the room is new and shiny. I liked the bathroom a lot. Lots of storage. Two comfy chairs in the balcony and small tables at each side of the bed stand out.. Good lightning. Relatively good insulation from the street noise. Absolutely no noise from inside the hotel, which is rare (or maybe we were lucky)

Cons:

Although we chose the room for double beds, they are joined. really big beds but still felt like sleeping together. And I don't know where the new wrapping style for the quilt came from, it's everywhere now. It's just slightly covered by a sheet and gets messed up when I sleep. Otherwise it was comfy.
