Great location, lovely staff, room was v spacious
Room wasn’t serviced on first day ; bathroom looked great but shower was awful; bed was odd - like a four poster - slightly claustrophobic
The location was ideal for walking to town.
The hôtel was a quaint maze of hallways and our room was exceptional. We overlooked Grande Allée.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage und zu empfehlen.
Zimmer war nicht vollständig gereinigt (fremde Socken lagen noch herum) und es fehlten komplett die Handtücher und das Toilettenpapier. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber in einem 5-Sterne-Haus würde man sich das anders wünschen. Dafür wurde uns die Parkgebühr erlassen, vielen Dank!

Quiet room despite being on a busy street
Spacious, nicely decorated room (although no mirrors at all in the bedrooms)
We liked having access to the terrace
It’s not like a hotel, more just rooms above a restaurant. I was uncomfortable walking in and out through the restaurant to access the lift to our room.
There never seemed to be anyone in reception and the few staff members that we did encounter were very young and inexperienced, although pleasant.
Our room was not cleaned on two out of our four days stay despite having the correct door tag out for the whole day.
The room was dark with a ridiculously complicated lighting system that was impossible to work out and seemed to have a life of its own. One night we couldn’t turn off the light illuminating the bed head and had to sleep with it on. If your sheet or foot moved near the floor during the night the floor light turned on. It really needed an instruction manual.
Another night the TV turned itself on in the early hours.
Unique quiet hotel within walking distance of old Quebec. Wonderful restaurant on site.
Very difficult to find the actual hotel and check in. Driving around the area and parking impossible. Very thankful for valet service.
Lots of character...but had all the modern cons...decor was lovely...great having restaurant underneath
Unfortunately had no blind over the bed the first night as it was broken...so woken up extremely early...so after mentioning this to reception they changed our room....it was smaller especially the bathroom and no view...so that was a little disappointing...but it was still lovely

Very cute decor. Everything was well appointed. Location was quite central.
Bed was small and room was quite small. Definitely not the most comfortable in that way. Also there were no mirrors outside the bathroom making it hard for two people to get ready at the same time.
Location is amazing, valet was very convenient due to difficulty parking on the Grande Allée. We were in room 401 beside the elevator & facing Grande Allée. We never heard any noise being here nor did the construction bother us! We loved the second floor outside patio to sit and relax. We would recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day!
The lobby is on the second floor due to location of restaurant which was hard to find at the beginning
