Did not feel welcome.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Unwelcoming staff. No hospitality. No service. Not a great location thought it was in the old town. . Had to go through restaurant to get to hotel. No helpful info provided. Took a deposit and told would get it back when room cleaned. No sign of it or the invoice.

Són molt amables. Un día ens va ploure i ens van deixar dos paraigües. L'habitació és ample i molt còmode.

Beliggenhed i partygaden tæt på downtown
Pros:

Gåafstand til downtown.

Cons:

Blot først anvist et værelse med et lille vindue, der vendte ind mod en mur selvom vi havde bestilt værelse med balkon. Det blev rettet efter lidt snak.
Hotellet ligger i partygaden og er med restaurant en del af partygaden.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Bella la struttura in se e soprattutto le camere. Belle e spaziose. Eravamo in 4 con due camere una junior suite molto grande e bella e una doppia normale anch’essa spaziosa e bella. Ottimo il servizio di car valet, lasci la macchina li davanti e te la parcheggiano e riportano quando serve ad un costo poco superiore ad un normale parcheggio (40 dollari giorno)

Cons:

Per entrare in hotel si passa letteralmente dentro un ristorante tra gente che mangia e camerieri che ti guardano basiti.. poco funzionale. Altro appunto per essere un 5 stelle alcune cose non sono irrilevanti… neanche 1 bottiglia d’acqua in camera, minibar vuoto, bagno completamente senza appendi asciugamani se non per quelli da mano.

Un Hôtel gioiello in una città gioiello
Pros:

Staff di gentilezza disarmante. Si sono offerti di consigliare e prenotare i ristoranti. Ottimi consigli.
Posizione ottima per visitare la città, vicina a numerosi parcheggi e ristoranti e a un bellissimo parco.

the Hotel is great, but the service quality is a little disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities, and clean rooms. However, upon check-in, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no tissues, and only one bathrobe (I booked for 3 people).

Cons:

Valet parking ($45.99) was charged twice, and they only noticed after I went to the front desk and notified them.
