Very clean property,felt safe and good

Everything was good
24hr check-in with very helpful staff and management. Staff went out of their way to make check-in easy, offered to help out with local taxi booking.
Room are really tiny, in-fact they are so small i could hear music being played by guests from the adjacent room which had a door (locked thankfully) from my room.
The staff were always pleasant and willing. The apartment was relatively clean. Situated a short walk from the beach, and one street away from the main road, with easy access to buses.
I was quite upset that I was only notified that I'd be charged for electricity, when I received my booking confirmation email. The apartment we had, became very hot, so we had to use the aircon, which turned out to be quite costly.
We had to move apartments, as our first o apartment had a problematic TV.
The entire block seems to have ongoing electrical problems.
The staff is incredibly wonderful, responsive and lovely, I also got a free upgrade to an apartment (booked a room)! The bed was so comfortable, has AC, a kitchen with appliances, couch, separate bedroom, very clean and a balcony! I enjoyed the rooftop pool as well, and having an elevator if you have heavy luggage is so helpful.
