First of all, we didn’t stay the second night that we paid for, reason, not cleaned after the people before us, I had to clean the toilet floor shower mirror, it was so dirty full of public and as hair, and spider webs. It was nasty. I had to clean everything before we could use the toilet and have a shower. No towels, no shampoo, no face clothes, no Kleenex, I mean nothing. My husband went to the office to ask for Kleenex towels, face clothes, he ignored us at first, but I said to my husband go and try agin. All of these things has to be provided to us in a hotel and a motel. So finally he gave us some shampoo, and towels. But no Kleenex, he denied us Kleenex. Same thing with the Bedroom. Dirty spiderwebs everywhere, night stands and all full of dust. So I clean all of that yet before we could go to bed. Plus, no coffee maker,no microwave, I mean nothing. The next day, I went and told the owner that we would not be spending the next night there. Cause nothing was provided. I asked for my money back, he said he couldn’t give me the money back, I would have to go trough Expedia to get my money back. So I told my husband about that homeless couple that was staying next door from us, for one night,I would give our room to that homeless couple for the night so they could stay there in others night. The night before was paid by someone els to. But he refused to let them have the room, even though we paid for one more night. I’m very unhappy about the derivation. The ink

Room was above expected. Registration was excellent. Slept very well.
Location alongside of highway; no detour in my trip
No restaurant or other facilities in the area, one has to travel into the town for any facilities, like food services.
There is no breakfast. Room was up-to-date,an very clean.
Nothing
It was clean. Friendly staff. Prompt to quiet down unreasonably loud guests.
Size of room (small), not sound proof as advertised, and our room was unlocked when we arrived. With key on the desk.
The owner had to leave and was kind enough to call me and let me know the room numbers and we're the keys were.
I like nothing. Called motel to reschedule my stay. They told me it was ok. When I got there I was told they didnt have any record of my phone call and did nothing about my stay or cancelation.
Any kind of recognition that a mistake was made.
Bathrooms a little small and no regular TV ! But I know that also!!

I always bring a book to read because I can’t get live television without some sort of device and I’m not sure exactly how to do that ! But, I don’t spend a lot of time in the room, except for sleeping and showering, and that meets all the needs for me!
