La amabilidad del personal,la tranquilidad del sitio

Nothing. The location was isolated, dark, and difficult to access. The surroundings looked unsafe and the reception was unprofessional.
Very bad experience. I booked this hotel with my female friend and after traveling all the way from Marrakech, we were refused entry in a disrespectful way. The staff asked inappropriate personal questions such as why she wanted to stay with a man she is not married to. We felt judged, uncomfortable, and humiliated.
This policy was not clearly explained before booking. The staff attitude was rude and lacking basic respect. They also refused at first to cancel the reservation themselves even though they denied us entry after arrival.
The area around the hotel was isolated, the buildings looked abandoned, the hotel was dark, and the reception quality was extremely poor. I do not recommend this place.
Muy buena ubicación: es una calle principal, fácil de llegar en la medina -está enfrente del Instituto Francés -. Personal muy amable. Estuve hace varios años en él y he repetido.
Mobiliario antiguo, muy básico.
Tarihi surların ve sokakların içersinde yer alıyor. Her yere yürüyerek gidebilmeniz mümkün. Odalar ufak ama temiz ve bina içersi de çok temiz. Personel de cok yardımseverdi..
Her oda da banyo olabilirdi.

Draps troués avec des cigarettes qui donnaient l impression de ne pas avoir été changés. Lavabo qui fuit.
The staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. HAppy to provide clean towels when requested. The unrealised joy of the Majestic is the amazing roof terrace - completely under utilised, possibly because the Majestic is the highest building around so its up five floors to the roof - where you can sit and watch the most amazing sunsets. and also dry your clothes
The door lock! It needed mending. Could lock the room when leaving, however could not lock the room from the inside i.e. when sleeping. The latch had been jammed open with tissue - when this was pointed out to the staff it was received with a shrug and clearly it had been like this since the dawn of time and there was no intention to mend or replace the lock.
Bien placé dans la médina. Pas dans une rue passante donc bien pour le bruit.
Toit non exploité, c'est dommage. Matelas un peu dur. Douche un peu rustique. Pas d'ascenseur pour les bagages.
