Amazing Property!
Pros:

Location was excellent and the place was so clean! The fireplace was such a nice touch!
You must book this one if you are looking to visit Yellowstone near Lamar Valley or Mammoth Springs!!

Cons:

The only feedback is maybe some
Electric blinds to block out the outside lights from the beautiful windows near the high ceiling. This is just a personal preference. The place was amazing though!

Cons:

On arrival the staff was very friendly. When we went to our room and opened the door, the room was not at all comparable to the pictures. The bed had a huge dip in it and the couch was old and sagging. The room was very small. We sat on the bed and there was a horrible squeak to it. I explained to the manager that due to my husband's bad back we are not able to stay. She approved our refund on Booking.com.

Pros:

Don’t book here - We were unable to make the trip- we have been having health problems and I specifically bought cancellation insurance-however, even with days advance notice, the property and booking.com refused to deal with and my booking was switched to ‘non-refundable’ - I’m calling this fraud - I have used booking.com for over 70 bookings around the world and never been treated so badly.
