Sonder Yvette

To visit Roland Garros, I stayed this. It’s close to the stadium and near both the bus station and metro subway station.

Nice staff, professionally run, newly renovated space.

Notre séjour c'est bien passé le personnel est à l'écoute, la chambre et la salle de bains propres.
Il manque une chaise même pliable la chambre est plutôt petite,
Le ménage n'a pas été fait, sur une réservation pour 3 nuitées

Chambre petite, pas de bureau, pas de chaise. La photo est mensongère, il n'y a pas de bureau. Juste une talanquère sous laquelle les jambes ne passent pas.

Cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour ceux qui doivent travailler. Il y a un espace coworking au rez de chaussé, mais lorsque le travail doit rester confidentiel...???

On m'a prévenu à l'arrivée que le ménage dans les chambres était en supplément pour des raisons écologiques !!! mais on aurait du dire économiques.

J'aurais du réserver en 2 fois pour faire un check out et revenir le jour même dans une chambre propre. Je ne demande pas un ménage journalier mais sur un séjour un peu long, une fois ne serait pas du luxe.
En 7 nuits, les serviettes n'ont pas séché, car la VMC de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai du demander pour que les poubelles soient vidées.

Bref, ceci est un hôtel "concept" qui est conçu pour augmenter le profit.
La centrale SONDER ne connaît pas ses hôtels. J'ai eu quelqu'un parlant à peine anglais qui m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas faire envoyer un colis à l'hôtel car il n'y avait personne à la réception, alors que sur cet hôtel, il y a quelqu'un en permanence.
Expérience très décevante malgré une équipe sympa et un bon emplacement. J'irais ailleurs. Il y a pleins d'hôtels dans le coin.

Unfortunately, after staying at the hotel, I started to get a rash on my legs. Today, the doctor confirmed that this rash is clearly caused by bed bugs. The sheets in my hotel did not seem to be as clean as I would have liked. That is why I would appreciate it if you could give me an explanation, since I had never experienced this situation before.

Excellent hotel! Quiet, comfortable with friendly staff. The only small inconvenience I encounter was the uphill walk to reach the hotel. It is not too steep or long, but I am not a gym buff and at the end of a long day, it felt like walking up Mount Everest. I highly recommend sneakers. Anyway, the property gets full marks in my book. I had a lovely time and will definitely consider it for my next trip.

Staff was kniwledgeable and friendly.

Very helpful and nice front desk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice location near Port de Versailles, just a short walk away.

As soon as I arrived we we re greeted by the people at the reception and gave a us alll the details.They were very kind and after we went to the room and it was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our stay at sonder and recommend .from Uk and myanmar

Room was very small.

We came to the Olympics and we were supposed to stay at the Yvette Hotel, but they were having some kind of construction that didn’t get ready in time, but they made sure we stayed in one of their Hotels, not too far away from the other one. We had to walk a bit more to watch our games, but it was worth it! The Hotel was super clean, the room is small, but just enough for what we needed! Someone would come every day to change the towels and clean. The linens smell sooo good!!! When we left we needed a few more hours that wasn’t possible, but they had a locker that helped a lot!!
Anytime we needed help using the chat, they answered super quickly and were super helpful, for a building with no front desk 24h, it was very impressive!!
I really recommend this hotel and will sure plan to come back!!
