Pros:

La grandezza dell'appartamento adatta anche per 4 persone, con un bagno molto accogliente, cucina spaziosa camera comoda condizionatori, e caldaia per riscaldamento acqua doccia spaziosa

Cons:

Struttura datata appartamento circondato dai tre lati da altre case non si vedeva il cielo, parcheggio della struttura a pagamento lontano

L’ hotel è situato vicino al mare.

All’ arrivo c’è stata un’ incomprensione con l’ albergatore per via del cambio nome della struttura da hotel president a president apartment. In ogni caso non è un appartamento ma un hotel. L’host, invece di spiegarmi, è stato molto maleducato nei miei confronti, urlando davanti a tutti che avevo prenotato mesi prima con booking fermandogli una stanza da tempo. Non contento ci stava dando la camera alle 14.30 e per ripicca, a seguito dello scontro verbale, ha ritardato a darci le chiavi, con una bambina piccola in attesa. Qualche giorno dopo la mia prenotazione su booking non era più valida per via della carta di credito ( valida) e dopo pochi gg cancellata. La prenotazione era stata pagata all’ arrivo. Ho dovuto anche richiedere la fattura. La tassa di soggiorno pagata extra, nonostante nella mia prenotazione ci sia scritto tutto incluso. La camera carina con 2 balconicini, ma sporca e con arredo antiquato. I comodini pieni di polvere e il balcone sporco di cagate di uccelli. Letto scomodo e cuscini inesistenti. La piscina piccolina a pagamento 7 euro a persona al giorno(sul regolamento in camera c’è scritto che è gratis). Il parcheggio lontano dall’ hotel (2 vie dopo) a pagamento. L’ hotel è a Valverde di Cesenatico. Dista 4 km da Cesenatico porto. Soggiorno veramente da dimenticare.
