שהינו לילה אחד עם הילדים בשני חדרים. המלון התאים לנו מבחינת המיקום ובהחלט סיפק את כל מה שהיינו זקוקים לו.

המקלחת והשירותים מרווחים ,המיטה נעימה יל אף שאני מעדיף קשה יותר ולא כזאת נמוכה , החדר נקי , השירות נהדר בכל מה שביקשתי , הגישה לתאים נוחה וכנל ההסבר , המיקום נהדר

לוקח למים החמים די הרבה זמן להגיע עד כדי כך שחשבתי שהבויילר לא עובד והתחלתי ללחוץ על כל מיני מתגים , בסוף הגיעו המים החמים אבל לקח ממש הרבה זמן, בחלון יש רשת נגד חרקים ומעופפין שלא תקינה ולא אטומה ויש לתקנה , במטבחון יש ערכת קפה כולל קפסולות קפה אבל אין מכונת קפה ואפילו לא קומקום למים

קיבלנו תמורה סבירה למחיר. לא הכי נוח מבחינת המתקנים. לא הייתי חוזרת

מיקום מושלם!!! קרוב להכל, יוצאים מהמלון ויש מסעדות, ברים, מכולות וכל אתר כמעט בחיפה שבא ללכת אליו

Cons:

המתקנים לא בשיאם (טפטים מוכתמים וקרועים) המיטה היא סוג של מיטה נפתחת, אין מנורות קריאה, העיצוב אפלולי וקצת סליזי והנקיון מצריך שיפור

Excellent location, lovely decoration, clean, easy check in, normal price. What else do you want?
Pros:

Excellent self-check in procedure. At last, no keys or magnetic cards. Just memorize a password and that’s it
I loved the balcony (ok, you can’t play football, it’s small but convenient)
I also loved the old fashioned radio receiver (it does work, it’s not just for decoration)
Strong WiFi
I will definitely come back

Cons:

The air condition has to have a remote control. The only inconvenience during my stay was that in the middle of the night I had to get out of bed , walk to my room’s door and press the buttons if the electronic control of the air condition. A remote control could have made my life much easier. I hope the managers will do something about it. Just add a remote control for the air conditioning and everything will be just perfect

Excellent choice for stay in Haifa
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Ninna Palatin - the location is great, check-in and access to the hotel very easy, room and bed are comfortable. There is a small kitchen to make coffee or easy meal. I also really appreciated blackout blinds for better sleep.
Itamar was available on whatsapp to answer any questions practically immediately and was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again and can recommend.

Cons:

Just couple of points for information:
- double bed is 2 singles put together, so there is gap between them
- I have been staying during the weekend and on the first night there was a techno party right beneath the hotel windows, until early hours of the morning...even with the fully closed windows, sleep was not really possible (but I am sensitive sleeper). Nothing much that the hotel can do about it, but if you are a light sleeper, perhaps better check if you can get windows on the side where there are no parties...

Pros:

So far, it's the best stay I had in Haifa.

Cons:

Everything was good. It's just that the bedsheet was dirty with marks when I checked it. I'm not sure if they've changed it to a new one before a new guest arrived .
