It was clean, and staff was good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosenro for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and helped me with everything I needed.

The room was very clean, well arranged, and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. The hotel environment was calm and relaxing, which made my short stay very enjoyable.

The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. Even though I stayed only for one night, I had a very pleasant experience.

I truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the staff. I would highly recommend Hotel Rosenro to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

I hope to visit again in the future!

I had the pleasure of staying at Roserno Hotel for more than 20 days across multiple visits between 8th and 28th March 2026, and overall it was a very comfortable and convenient experience.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is situated in a highly convenient area with supermarkets, shops, and food outlets nearby, making it very easy to manage day-to-day needs during an extended stay.
The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Both the rooms and bathrooms are reasonably new and designed for comfort. Hygiene standards were consistently good throughout my stays. I also found the firm queen-sized mattress particularly beneficial, as it provided excellent support for my back.
A unique feature of the hotel is its rooftop experience. There are two rooftop restaurants offering pleasant city views, creating a relaxing dining atmosphere. In addition, the hotel has a large and modern karaoke club that can accommodate more than 50 people, making it an excellent venue for functions such as birthdays, gatherings, and even weddings.
Room service is also convenient, with the option to order food directly from the restaurant to your room, which adds to the overall comfort—especially for longer stays.
The staff and management deserve special mention. They were consistently friendly, approachable, and responsive, always ready to assist when needed. Special thanks goes to the hotel manager Shaun, who was proactive in supporting customers.
Overall, Roserno Hotel offers great value for money, particularly for extended stays, combining comfort, convenience, and good facilities. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Staff was very friendly; we checked in early and checked out late for the same price. It is situated in a nice location of moratuwa, easy access to Moratuwa University and Esoft College of Engineering & Technology.

Доброжелательный персонал. Я приехала поздно - около часа ночи и меня встретили. Дали адаптер, ответили на все вопросы. Очень понравился бар на крыше😍 вкусно и атмосферно. Алкогольной карты у ресторана нет - но мне принесли пиво

The location was central and the manager was friendly and really responsive to requests. We had a 3AM check in and Shaun was kind enough to accomodate.
