Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—very central, yet situated on a small side street, which makes it peaceful and quiet at night, perfect for a good sleep.

All of the hotel staff were extremely kind, polite, and attentive. It was a real pleasure communicating with them. We were also allowed to check in early, which we truly appreciated.

Our room was wonderful, with a small balcony and a huge, very comfortable bed. One thing that was especially important to me was how exceptionally clean everything was.

Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM and offers a good variety of options: stewed vegetables, omelets, sausages, bread, butter, jam, and fruit. I was also served an excellent latte. One of the staff members recommended the breakfast area restaurant for lunch and dinner as well—and we ended up eating there twice because we liked it so much.

Many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful stay. I would genuinely recommend this place to anyone choosing accommodation in Kathmandu. When we first arrived in the city, we stayed at another hotel that was actually more expensive, but this one was far better in every way.

Friendly staff and great location in Thamel
Pros:

Great location just outside the really busy part of Thamel but only by a block so it’s easy to walk. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were really comfortable, clean and the shower was great!

Cons:

Not much. The shower heat was off one night when they had to fix the heat pump, but that kind of thing happens everywhere.

One of the best stays I had, it was really good, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

There should be a parking spot for 4 wheelers because kathmandu being very crowded, it's difficult to get a parking spot without hassle.

Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Wir kamen sehr gern wieder ins Vistara. Uns gefällt die Lage sehr gut. Shops, Restaurants, Moneychanger..alles in der Nähe.
Haben ein Upgrade bekommen, worüber wir uns gefreut haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch am Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einer guten Aussicht. Zum Frühstück gab es Warme Gerichte, Eier, Pfannkuchen, Obst, Joghurt und Muffins. Auf jeden Fall genug um in den Tag zu starten, bei Kaffee, Cappuccino oder Tee.
Das Bett war sehr gut.👍🏼
Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

Muy buen hotel, el desayuno no era muy variado pero lo que tenían estaba muy rico, personal muy amable, estaba muy bien situado, el comedor tenía muy buenas vistas era amplio y la comida que te sirven está muy buena.

Cons:

Por poner algo ya que quedamos muy satisfechos, tardan un poco en servir la comida.

Pros:

Приятный отель в хорошем районе Катманду, приветливый персонал, готовый помочь по любым вопросам. В отеле очень чисто, хорошие завтраки, удобные номера. Останавливаюсь не первый раз в этом отеле и всегда сервис на высоте, в соответствии с заявленными услугами и стоимостью. Благодарю персонал за качественное обслуживание и радушный приём! The room was clean, had modern amenities
The hotel sits in a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet and peaceful, and that's what we needed after the long flights from home. What made our stay special was the people working there. Hotel staff were hard working, professional, very helpful yet they are very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing staff, food and location
Pros:

The beds are really comfortable , it’s in the center from tamel in a backyard so it is also super quiet.
The stuff was always very friendly and especially the restaurant on the rooftop served amazing food. The breakfast had good variations too. We would stay there any time again.
