Modern, comfortable hotel with washer and dryer and a personal pool
Pros:

Love this place. Super clean and new. Beds were very comfortable and having good internet and a washer and dryer after being in the jungle for a few days was so very nice. Leda was awesome and we used Mr Guzman, her driver, and he was also very nice and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a little far from downtown.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Haciendas. It was perfect for two couples, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent communication from Leda Welcome note and a fresh loaf of bread was a nice. If you are only booking a couple nights - re-think it and add 1 or 2 more!!!! We would have loved to have 4-5 days in San Ignacio! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Cons:

A few basic kitchen staples for basic cooking and breakfast would be helpful.
The lack of railings on the stairs could be a challenge for older folks or young kids
More hooks to hang towels or clothing
Some basic bedside tables or drawers in the bedroom would be great.
We had no water pressure in the showers..... but we didn't know that until out last day

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht über San Ignacio
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Terrasse mit dem eigenen Pool ist grossartig. Es hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Esstisch. Da ich alleine reise, war das kein Problem. Ich konnte an dem kleinen Schreibtisch essen, aber zu zweit geht das schon nicht mehr.

Beautiful villa close to San Ignacio
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely Las Haciendas. It was perfect for our family: comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent communication from Leda and help with transportation to the property and back to the airport. Welcome note and a fresh loaf of bread was a nice added touch. Wished we could have stayed longer!

It’s a hidden gem
Pros:

We were so surprised to find this hidden gem! The apartment is gorgeous and the rooftop pool is a must-see. It’s a bit of a trek from the center, but an easy 5–7 minute drive with a car.

Cons:

It a little out from the center of the town but still very close if you have a car

Najlepsza i najpiękniejsza opcja w San Ignacio!
Pros:

Piękne i bardzo funkcjonalne mieszkanie - w kuchni było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, w mieszkaniu była dostępna pralka i suszarka, co było bardzo pomocne po wizycie w jaskini ATM. Świetny basenik na tarasie, z którego korzystaliśmy po całym dniu aktywności. Szczególne podziękowania dla manager obiektu Ledy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i pomoc w wydrukowaniu biletów na Water Taxi.

Leda and her team are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The place was immaculate. Loved the stone floors. They left us a homemade loaf of raisin bread, which was delicious and so thoughtful. The rooftop pool was delightful. The concierge was very responsive.

Cons:

Limited area to hang/store clothes. An additional luggage rack would be helpful.

It’s proximity to downtown , but also among the local peoples of San Ignacio

Cons:

If anything , the courtyard is beautiful but makes it a little hard to move luggage across , but not that serious .

Selected this resort to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Absolutely the best!
Pros:

The privacy of the courtyard, beautiful property, the decor inside is tranquil. Love the space in the two bedroom villa and the rooftop plunge pool. The rooftop view is magnificent. Plenty of snacks on the counter and stocked fridge, although we did not partake in any of them. Very comfortable bed. Local dining and supermarkets nearby resort. Appreciated the loaf of bread to welcome us; very delicious!!!

Cons:

Uneven gravel outside. I tripped and fell. Scraped knee and foot, but I am ok.

Beautiful facilities, warm and very helpful staff, convenient access to Mayan ruins.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern clean decor, spacious, own private pool. Nice panaromic view from balcony.
Well stocked kitchen; there was ground coffee and potable water and a large selection of drinks, milk, etc. to purchase from the mini bar.
Amazingly helpful staff. Leda is warm, gracious, welcoming, and able to arrange transportation at a moment’s notice.

Cons:

Locate outside the town of San Ignacio. Nothing is walkable.
Pool is not heated, so not usable in the winter.
Small inconveniences - such as not enough hooks and towel stands in the bathroom and luggage rack, but lots of closet/drawer space to keep clothes
