Wonderful customer service. Lena was amazing!!!!! She made the stay really lovely. She was kind, helpful and responsive to questions and requests 24/7 including arranging for us an in-room massage and helping us get a taxi.
It was way too cold to make use of the small private plunge pool but would be refreshing on hot days. The views were lovely from the balcony though to enjoy them you had to be standing rather than sitting or lounging. The complementary bottled and filtered water was a nice touch, as was the home made bread. The room and courtyard was spacious and airy.
The shower was fabulous--huge and had nice pressure and hot water right away.
The location was a little remote (single meh restaurant 3 blocks away) with nothing interesting close by so best if you have a car. Though urban, the town in general is far less developed than North American or Western Europe cities which is evident by the roads. Walking to restaurants and shopping is quite doable during the day for those capable willing to traverse 1-2 miles each way on busy roads and/or side roads that are uneven and rocky with moderate to steep hills and there are no sidewalks nor streetlights. Though nice, our space was more like an oversized bedroom and not very conducive for relaxing so we ended up doing lots and lots of walking plus many taxis and shuttles every day to get to restaurants, shopping, places of interest and tours. If we were ever to visit San Ignacio again, we would stay somewhere closer to town with a few more amenities.
We had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal — close enough to town and nearby attractions for convenience, but just far enough outside of town to enjoy peace and quiet after a busy day exploring. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the private plunge pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing after long days visiting the Mayan ruins. The small kitchen was very convenient for preparing breakfast in the mornings and snacks in the evenings. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a fresh loaf of homemade cinnamon bread waiting for us upon arrival. The fridge and pantry basket were stocked with items available for purchase. At first the prices seemed a little high, but after visiting the grocery store ourselves, we realized they were actually very reasonable considering the convenience. It was also nice to have a water cooler with filtered water that dispensed cold water or instantly hot water for morning tea. There was ample parking for our rental car, and the staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and responsive throughout our stay. We did experience a small issue with the A/C on the first night, but the staff addressed it very quickly and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working properly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Las Haciendas to anyone visiting the San Ignacio area!

The apartment wss nicely decorated. It contained all we needed. The rooftop pool area offered a breath taking view. The home made bread was amazing.

The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen facilities and the purified water and everything in the kitchen was what we needed. Everything was modern and clean. Couldn’t be better. The staff always helped out and Leda responded extremely quickly with any questions I had and did her utmost to make us comfortable and happy there.
It would’ve been nice to have some kind of shelving or even a simple place in the bedrooms to Hang clothing up or shelving for a few things. A broom would have been handy downstairs and also on the upper deck so we could clean up a little bit.
Another hook in the bathroom would have helped.
The place was beautiful. New and well appointed. The rooftop private plunge pool was a delight and afforded gorgeous views of the city.

The pool was nice and the villas were nicely furnished. Property manager was very helpful. There's a grocery store about a 10 min walk away, but downtown is a taxi ride away.
Immaculately clean, lots of extras to make our stay comfortable, large and luxurious, very comfortable beds and couches, full kitchen facilities, beautiful view. Truely superb and great value for money. Staff also very attentive
Nothing, even being up on the hill and not right in town didn’t matter as transport is so easy to arrange and cheap, fully gated and safe and secure and beautiful views. Plus wonderful restaurants just around the corner.

But we managed!
Love this place. Super clean and new. Beds were very comfortable and having good internet and a washer and dryer after being in the jungle for a few days was so very nice. Leda was awesome and we used Mr Guzman, her driver, and he was also very nice and helpful.
It’s a little far from downtown.
We really enjoyed our stay at Las Haciendas. It was perfect for two couples, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent communication from Leda Welcome note and a fresh loaf of bread was a nice. If you are only booking a couple nights - re-think it and add 1 or 2 more!!!! We would have loved to have 4-5 days in San Ignacio! Wished we could have stayed longer!
A few basic kitchen staples for basic cooking and breakfast would be helpful.
The lack of railings on the stairs could be a challenge for older folks or young kids
More hooks to hang towels or clothing
Some basic bedside tables or drawers in the bedroom would be great.
We had no water pressure in the showers..... but we didn't know that until out last day

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Terrasse mit dem eigenen Pool ist grossartig. Es hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine.
Es fehlt ein Esstisch. Da ich alleine reise, war das kein Problem. Ich konnte an dem kleinen Schreibtisch essen, aber zu zweit geht das schon nicht mehr.
