Wifi not working

The hotel did not accept international payment cards and this stressed us out - which is odd, since every other hotels we visited processed the payment with the same cards.
The rooms were quite dirty and they did not ensure that they were cleaned well before we checked in - some towels were dirty.

Staff is not supportive and trying to threatening

The room had an odonil which made it feel like one was in a public toilet, bedsheets and bedding stained and had hair from previous guest

Cold rooms , no heater , noisy

There were no windows in the room we were feeling suffocated

It was the wrong choice to go with friends even though it was just one night.the hotel is for passerby travellers or people who are coming to work nearby.

Noisy generator and exhaust noises spoiled our night..could not sleep whole night

1) doors are still managed by a key rather than a key card
2) no mirror in the actual bedroom - only in the shared bathroom for family room
3) nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom
4) no shower screen in the bathroom
5) “half length wardrobes” so long items of clothing get creased
6) excellent iron - though only one available in the whole hotel and no ironing board available
7) loud music from upstairs

Washrooms could have been slightly cleaner and with more space.

time taken to bring our eatables after giving order is long.
