Pros:

Lokacija zelo dobra, super izhodišče za izlete. Prijetna plaža nedaleč od apartmaja. Odlična terasa s pogledom na morje. Prijeten gospod, ki upravlja stavbo.

Cons:

Mravlje v apartmaju so bile povsod, pokvarjena pipa v kuhinji, izredno stara oprema, jedilni pribor z plastičnim ročajem, ves rjav po spojih (smo kupili svojega, da smo lahko jedli).

Відпочинок був просто чудовий! 🤩Апартаменти дуже зручні, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Господар — надзвичайно приємна і турботлива людина, завжди готовий допомогти.
Море — бірюзове, чисте й неймовірно красиве. Наловила багато риби! Поруч є магазини та ресторани — все близько і зручно. Навколо три пляжі — на будь-який смак: для сімей, для плавання чи просто для релаксу.
Обов’язково повернемося наступного року! Щиро дякуємо за гостинність!🫶🇺🇦

Great stay with a perfect balcony and everything you need
Pros:

The terrace is great with a nice seaview and plenty space. From the appartment to the sea it was only 50 meters to a stair that leads to a nice place where you can into the sea and laying around. Plenty opportunities to sit in the sun or shadow. Very quiet neighbourhood with a look at Lumbarda village at the other side of the bay. You can walk to there in 10 minutes or swim in 20 minutes.
And last but not least the brother of the owner was very helpful (speaks Croatian and French)

Cons:

Bathtoom needs some renovation. Shower must be held in hand, tap was fragile, toilet wasn’t running well. Also in kitchen the tap was almost broken. For us, the appartment could be furnished more modern.
The appartment next door (Katerina appartment) is more luxury for the same price.

Bad trip!
Pros:

Nice house located right by the sea, on a quiet road

Cons:

The apartment we had booked was already occupied when we arrived and the person on-site was not expecting us. So we had no choice but to accept a very much substandard apartment (as it was late), with a very small wc/shower room smelling of drains. In an emergency we were given worn bedsheets and stained towels, but we coped for a couple of nights. what made things even worse was to receive an aggressive and insulting phone call from the property later when they heard I was asking for compensation, changing the story and blaming me for not having told them which apartment I had booked...Unbelievable! Such a shame as the apartment we had booked looked very nice on the photos and the location is very good. But the communication is with someone located in France and the person on-site was lost with the bookings or was double booking the apartments. My worst experience on Booking.com for many years...

Pros:

a large apartment with a homely atmosphere. A very nice host, whom we immediately liked. Great large balcony with a beautiful view. Comfortable bed. Comfortable shower - covered with a curtain, but since the shower is very large, the curtain is not a problem (it does not stick to the body). There is a convenient shelf for cosmetics in the shower. A large number of kitchen utensils - good quality pots, etc The apartment is equipped with a brush + dustpan, mop... Quiet area, the house is located on a small street, second line from the sea. Access to the sea takes 1 minute (a very pleasant promenade for walking or lying on the stones and swimming) Parking on the street in front of the house, in the season it can be tight, but there is always a place nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Lumbarda The bedroom window overlooks the neighbors' house nearby, but there are curtains and blinds to protect privacy. The window in the bathroom overlooks the internal courtyard and, for comfort of use, usually requires covering with blinds. The fridge is large but does not have a freezer, in the case of products that require freezing, we placed them on the side of the fridge wall and set the fridge to cool more (it was effective) Air conditioning is installed in the living room connected to the kitchen, there is no separate air conditioner in the bedroom.
Overall, a very nice place, homely, in a good location, nice and friendly host (communication in French or through a translator)

Cons:

we were one of the first guests in the apartment (after a two-year break of absence of apartments on Booking) and although we felt good in the apartment, we encountered some shortcomings: - not all elements of the apartment were well refreshed - too few electrical sockets - a splitter would be useful, e.g. next to the bed: for charging phones - next to the bed, on one side there is little space to place a classic bedside table, but at least a small, narrow piece of furniture or a shelf for placing a telephone, etc. would be useful. - it is standard in most apartments to equip the apartment with sponges for washing and wiping countertops, cloth cloths for wiping dishes, a supply of toilet paper and an appropriate number of towels - unfortunately, there were some shortcomings...
