Great quiet location and pleasant staff.

Das Hotel ist völlig ok mit Pool, es ist sehr sehr gut gelegen, direkt gegenüber der Baby Elefanten Station- da waren wir dann zur Fütterung, das war sehr nett!

Amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing staff. All very friendly. Great location. Got a breakfast box before going on safari nearby but when back they insisted we have a proper breakfast even though breakfast time had just finished

Pros:

Staff were nice and we were really close to the park. Room was big and spacious

The restaurant was very expensive and not that good. There is not many restaurants nearby.

Un accueil professionnel et très agréable.

Cons:

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, though airport shuttle was a let down
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was opposite the Elephant Transit centre and relatively close to the Udawalawe National park. Our room was very clean and tidy but did smell of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. I concluded that this was because guest are allowed to smoke on the rooms balcony (there was an ashtray on the balcony table) and they might have left the doors open. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower pressure was really good. Meals were good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

This hotel lists Airport shuttle as a service but in reality, they are just organising a local driver to take you to the airport (which is about 3-4 hours depending on the route you take) and the hotels quoted cost was double what Uber and the Taxi company quoted. This was a bit disappointing as other hotels shuttle service has always been either free or low cost.

Pros:

The location opposite the Elephant transit house is amazing - surrounded by jungle and nature. The staff made us a tasty and filling picnic breakfast to take on our safari which departed at 5.30am. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves great food. Good for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The air-con is very fierce and noisy - you also hear the air-con units from the other rooms.
