A great place to stay with family and friends
Pros:

The property is new, it was very clean and tidy. The mentioned amenities are provided. The host was super friendly and highly knowledgable about local places. I would strongly recommend this place in Trivandrum.

Agréable séjour, chambre spacieuse.

Propreté. Calme. Grande chambre. Propriétaire et personnel serviables.

Cons:

Il a été difficile de comprendre comment marchait la climatisation mais le personnel m'a aidé sur ce point. Après deux mois en Inde, j'avais envie d'un break TV > le téléviseur n'est pas situé dans la Chambre. Localisation pas très pratique (commerces/restaurants/ATMs)

La casa es muy bonita y estaba muy limpia, anfitrión muy amable, muy dispuesto a ayudar en todo

Cons:

La ubicación, bastante lejos de cualquier lugar para comer. Por otro lado parecía una ubicación tranquila pero justo había una celebración con altavoces en las calles, música demasiado alta hasta bien tarde por la noche y de nuevo desde las 5 de la mañana durante todo el día hasta las 2 de la tarde, pero parece que no es habitual.

Pros:

Tout neuf. Très propre. Lumineux. Environnement plutôt sécurisant. Peut être calme si vous tombez avec d’autres locataires respectueux. Aucun problème si vous pouvez dormir avec du bruit et des odeurs de nourriture.

Cons:

Matelas un peu dur, à mon goût
Tout résonne dans la maison, les portes claquent, la cuisine et le hall sont ouverts sur toutes les chambres donc on peut entendre le moindre bruit
Je suis tombée sur une famille de 7 personnes. Ils faisaient la cuisine jusque tard le soir, l’enfant criait, la télévision marchait fort et toutes les odeurs de cuisine imprégnaient ma chambre. Ils refusaient d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer de peur d’avoir moustiques. Je n’ai pas su dormir à cause du bruit et de l’odeur.
Le propriétaire ne m’a pas soutenue. Il était étonné que je ne puisse pas dormir avec du bruit.
Ce n’est pas du tout « Tranquil homes » comme mentionné. Si vous dormez très facilement dans ce cas la maison est très bien.

Pros:

Very confortable. All new. Beautiful home. But a lot of noise inside the home because of other guests.
Price is good

Cons:

Hard mattress but can be ok
Very noisy if other guests are not respectful
You can smell the cooked food from kitchen in your room
You can hear planes

Pros:

We were informed on arrival - to our disappointment - that rooms were NOT available. Therefore could did not stay at Tranquil Homes and had to make last minute changes to our plan.
