The location is really good, close to university and old town.

Cons:

The room felt and smelled damp, like it was never ventilated properly before, even bedsheets seemed like they are damp a little. And even my clothes and hair soaked the smell of humidity after I left.
There was so much dust on decorations (the staff did not even clean it after I complained), the rug was stained in multiple places, the covers of bedside lamps were filthy. The staff never replenished cream and tea.
