Usually a fantastic stay
Pros:

I always love staying here

Cons:

This time the staff had to move me to a different room immediately because the beds were torn apart and the mattress wasn’t even on the bed.

Cons:

The bathroom sink and tub had several hair in it. The bathroom floor needed swept and mopped. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, as well as the bed.

We got what we paid for.
Cons:

While staff was friendly, the room was very strange smelling. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility but we awakened with smells of cigarette smoke and weed. Not a quiet hotel.

Nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Large fridge and microwave.
Pros:

Room was clean and bright.

Cons:

The exhaust fan was continuous and pretty loud fine if you are hard of hearing or need white noise - the air competed with the air coming from the heater/air conditioner (no direction change on the vents). Unaware that the kitchenette was not stocked and dishes were for purchase only. Have to request staff turn on the burners. I ended up just using the microwave.
