Pros:

Preis- Leistung stimmt! Der junge Mann vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer liegen etwas außerhalb und ruhig an einem Berg. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick und eins ohne Ausblick. Letzteres würden wir bei mehr als einer Nacht nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Pros:

Pobyt bardzo udany, super miejsce na nocleg i dalszą wyprawę do Elli. Serdeczni mili ludzie, bardzo pomocni, użyczyli noclegu także naszemu kierowcy, za co jestem szczególnie wdzięczna. Śniadania serwowane bezpośrednio do stołu, jak w większości hoteli w naszej objazdowej podróży po wyspie, ale bardzo smaczne i każdy może się najeść.

I had a wonderful stay at Ella Thenulya. The rooms and bathroom were super clean, and the place was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding – unlike most hotels that only serve English breakfast, the staff here were very friendly and caring. They asked us the day before about our preferences, showed us the available meal options, and prepared everything exactly as we wanted. Such personalized service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ella!

Persone carinissime ma camera non confortevole
Pros:

La famiglia molto disponibile e carina. Ci hanno preparato una cena chiesta appena arrivati senza avvertirli in tempo e ci hanno accontentati. Davvero brave persone, camera pulita e colazione buona.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera non aveva una finestra che dava sull'esterno ma una finestra che dava su un corridoio interno e quindi non c'era ricambio d'aria ed era molto umida. Non c'era aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore e le prese della corrente nella camera non funzionavano, alla fine con una prolunga per poter accendere il ventilatore dovevamo attacare la spina in bagno, dovendo tenere la porta aperta del bagno.
Abbiamo visto le altre camera che davano sulla terrazza, forse se ci fosse toccata una di quelle per poter cambiare l'aria nella camera e con prese che funzionavano la nostra votazione sarebbe potuta essere diversa.
Per le persone sicuramente la consiglio ma la camera in sè purtroppo non ha rispecchiato le nostre esigenze.

An amazing place with amazing hosts
Pros:

The hospitality was great, and the whole place was incredibly clean. There were amazing views from the balcony, and the hosts were lovely. The beds were comfortable and they accommodated for all needs, including providing mosquito nets and toilet paper.
