Cons:

Няма места за паркиране!Лошо и арогантно посрещане от някаква служителка!След такова поведение, реших че няма смисъл да отседна в този хотел. Съжалявам за изгубеното време, средства и нерви! Никога няма да дойдем пак!

Pros:

Единственото хубаво беше локацията, в близост до крепостта Царевец и др. исторически забележителности, както и до чаршията.

Cons:

Чистотата е под всякаква критика, тежка миризма на застояло в стаята. Оказа се, че климатика е повреден, за което не бяхме уведомени предварително. Дадоха ни вентилатор и казаха, че не могат да предложат друга стая, тъй като всички са заети.
