Worse experience of my life
Pros:

Nothing. I left after finding mold and millipedes in the room

Cons:

Everything. The guy at the reception was not even speaking english and when I said it smells really bad in the room and I want to change he indicated me to open the window. I will open dispute to get my money back from booking. Hopefully

Cons:

Платих си стаята , но закуска нямаше , както и рецепционист нямаше в 14ч. , трябваше аз да им звъня от моят чуждестранен тел. номер за да ми дадат ключовете за стаята ми , чаках дълго , климатика в стаята почти не работи , мивката в тоалетната едвам са държи на косъм от откъсване .
Катастрофално е положението в Хотел Боляри !
Чува се всичко от всякъде и най - малкият шум ,
липсва рецепционист на рецепцията в 14:00ч.
Платих Хотел "Боляри" в Търново , защото си мислех и видях на снимките , че има джакузи и сауна , моят престой беше през лятото юли месец и нищо от двете неща не работеше а беше сухо и мръсно , пълна мръсотия на всякъде има прах , в тоалетната имаше само 1 единствена и последна тоалетна хартия , катастрофално положение , по скоро този хотел "Боляри" е 1 звезда , но не и 3 звезди !
