Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it is important to share my honest experience so that other potential guests can make an informed decision before booking.

To begin with, the room conditions were far below what I would consider acceptable for any hotel, regardless of price range. Upon entering, it was immediately obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room had a stale, unpleasant smell, which made the environment uncomfortable from the outset. Surfaces appeared to be poorly cleaned, with visible dust on furniture and marks on walls that suggested a lack of proper maintenance over time. The bedding did not feel fresh, and there were signs that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or replaced before my arrival. This created a strong sense of discomfort and raised concerns about overall hygiene standards within the hotel.

The bathroom situation was equally unacceptable. Cleanliness in this area was particularly poor, with visible grime and limescale buildup. Towels did not appear properly washed, and the general condition of the bathroom suggested neglect rather than routine upkeep. What made matters worse was the complete lack of hot water during the evening hours. After a long day, being unable to take a proper hot shower is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. This is a basic expectation for any hotel stay, and the fact that it was not met is simply unacceptable.

Another major issue was the jacuzzi, which was one of the features advertised and part of the reason I chose this hotel in the first place. Unfortunately, it was not working during my stay. There was no prior notice given about this, nor was there any attempt by staff to inform guests or offer alternatives. It felt misleading, as this amenity was clearly promoted but not available.
