Tolles Personal und tolle Unterkunft!
Pros:

Gut gelegen in der Stadt. Stadt.

Pros:

I was truly amazed at this wonderful hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location was very good, and the on-site restaurant was good, and reasonably priced. Their breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel exceeded all expectations.

Pros:

Reception team so welcoming
Food was hot and served fast
Restaurant staff quite welcoming

Cons:

Housekeeping staff did not clean well during my first 2days...I found an unemptied bin, dirty cups and dirty towels when I returned at 20H00 after leaving at 8:30 in the morning.

They also did not refill hand and body soap so coming back late had to find my way to have those essentials.

They also did not provide drinking water.

When I raised these issues with reception team, it was all sorted...and enjoyed the rest of my stay.
