Food was hot and served fast
Restaurant staff quite welcoming
Housekeeping staff did not clean well during my first 2days...I found an unemptied bin, dirty cups and dirty towels when I returned at 20H00 after leaving at 8:30 in the morning.
They also did not refill hand and body soap so coming back late had to find my way to have those essentials.
They also did not provide drinking water.
When I raised these issues with reception team, it was all sorted...and enjoyed the rest of my stay.

Kindly be advised that in the luxury suites, when the cleaners are cleaning may the lift up the tray where glasses are standing, it is dirty and I encountered cochroach .

Friendly staff, good food, and clean facilities
The breakfast the food was okey but the restaurant is small we have to be standing for long because there was no space for mi and my partner to sit, warm breakfast was not well prepared at all
We came to check in at 16:30 , the gentlement at the reception His name is Immanuel directed us to the room but to our surprise the room was dirty, bed not made everything in the room scattered all around, and we have to drive to a mall so they can prepare the room for us and it took 2 hours, when we came back the room coudn’t open we have to call reception for them to send someone to come work on the door, i was dissapointed by the service
