Perfect
Pros:

Our stay in these apartments was absolutely wonderful. We truly enjoyed the modern and stylish interior design – everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it very easy to relax and rest after long days exploring the city. The kitchen was also excellent: very well equipped with plenty of utensils and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably.

The location is simply perfect. No matter where you return from in the city, you don’t have to climb uphill, which makes getting back to the apartment very easy and convenient.

We would also like to highlight the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you and the biggest compliments and applause to Gulsah for the outstanding hospitality.

We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

At times we could hear some renovation noises, and during the night there were sounds from birds outside. The shower could also use a small cosmetic refresh. However, these were very minor issues and definitely did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location, and truly exceptional service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at RA Apartments in Istanbul and would absolutely stay here again. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a couple. The apartment was modern, beautifully designed, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was a great bonus for a longer trip.

The location is also excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of Galata Tower, the Bosphorus waterfront, and many great restaurants, cafés, and shops. We loved being able to explore the neighborhood on foot while still feeling like we had a quiet and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.

What really made our stay stand out was the service. Our host, Gulsah, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. After we had already left Istanbul, I realized that I had accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses at a nearby café. Gulsah kindly went out of her way to retrieve them and arrange to have them sent back to me. That level of care and hospitality is rare and it really meant a lot.

Overall this was an excellent stay with a beautiful apartment, a great location, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend RA Apartments to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros:

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. A space with very good heating (February 2026), in a central location (this may mean that some days, especially weekends, it can be a little noisy), close to everything and in a very safe neighborhood! The mattress provided offers the rest you need to start your endless walk in the city...

Апарты просто 10/10. Я давно так не наслаждалась, хотя я ОЧЕНЬ сложный гость.
Плюсы:
- классный дизайнерский ремонт. Очень необычный
- Очень много полочек, отсеков в шкафу, в кухне
- Большая кухня
- Хороший матрас
- Хорошее качественное постельное белье
- Хороший напор воды в душе
- Вроде 35 метров студия, но так сделана, что ощущается очень большой
- Большие окна, светлая квартира
- Очень тихая квартира (у меня была на 1 этаже, номер 1, в других не знаю)
- Хозяйка на связи, если были проблемы - быстро решали
- Ну и конечно хороший район

Минусы:
- если вы на машине, то ставить не некуда

Wij verblijven graag in Istanbul. Hebben het er altijd erg naar ons zin en zijn ook al meerdere keren in deze accommodatie geweest. We vinden het erg prettig dat dit in het Aziatische gedeelte ligt, vlak bij de tram en het Modern Museum (onze absolute favoriet) Maar met de tram ben je in hele korte tijd, voor een klein bedrag, overal heel dichtbij. Je bent zo de brig over het oude Europese gedeelte in. Het appartement is altijd keurig netjes verzorgd. We vinden een eigen keuken heel erg fijn en hier is alles voorhanden. Je bent geheel zelfstandig met het inchecken en ook dat werkt gewoon goed. Is er iets dan staan ze open voor een oplossing en dat lukt ook echt altijd weer. We kunnen het echt van harte aanbevelen. Alles is naar wens. Aardige mensen dus Gulsah, heel erg bedankt voor je goede zorg. Ook deze keer weer

Отличное расположение рядом с музеем современного искусства, также у нас был номер с прекрасным панорамным видом на весь галатский район и башню, чистое постельное белье и интересный дизайнерский ремонт

Cons:

В номере пахло канализацией и больше всего в ванной комнате, в ванной комнате нет никакой шумоизоляции,это просто пластиково-металлический короб в комнате, качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего (нашли чужой путеводитель под диваном, на поверхностях мебели был виден слой пыли, заляпанные пальцами края окон), пошарпанный унитаз и кухонный гарнитур, не работает кран с питьевой водой, теплый пол, кондиционер работает только в одном режиме.

За 4 дня никто не убирался в комнате, не сменили туалетную бумагу и полотенца, гель для душа не предоставляют, проблему с запахом и не работающим полом не устранили, хотя обещали.

Ужасный замок в номер, нес первого раза возможно открыть, каждый раз, как лотерея,нужно приложить картку-ключ и быстро прокрутить 3 раза, кто не совсем ловок, может провести пол вечера у двери номера в попытках ее открыть
