The aviator restaurant was disappointing with limited menu, poor Asian food and terrible service. This was in the early evening when there were few people in the restaurant.
Room and view were great. All three restaurants were great. employess were friendly and accommodating.
Wifi wouldn't let us log in with room number and when we asked about it they said it was a provider issue. On our last night we were given a simple code to login. It would have been nice to have that the entire stay. Bed was good but not great which at this level of hotel I would have expected. Neither of these issues were so bad it ruined the stay however. We would go back

We had incredible service, mostly from Kamal at the front desk who fixed a check in error (my own mistake) with such friendliness and kindness. He also promised my daughter and friend milkshakes if they won their game, and ended up buying shakes for the whole team. He could not have provided better service.

The hotel was at 100% occupancy and the restaurants and bars had a hard time keeping up.

I didn't like that Lovies only had one person working during the busy hours in the morning. also, there should be room service or a restaurant that serves food after 10pm, since there are no other places to eat within walking distance to the hotel.
Amazing hotel! Clean room excellent amenities and it is close enough to everything fun that you can experience in Colorado Springs. Will visit again for sure.

There is already some wear on the carpet transitions from tile to rug. For a brand new hotel this shouldn’t be the case and if not addressed it will make it feel shabby quickly.
Very friendly people who were eager to assist. Catering for our event was done very well and the food was delicious, good quality and service was amazing. The flight simulator was a bonus! Rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant “Pamela’s”served delicious food with awesome wait staff.
It was a bit pricey.
