The staff was friendly, the views were gorgeous, and it was very clean.
Style is modern. Clean!
Location is just ok

Fantastic Hotel! The staff and amenities were incredible.

The rooms and hotel were very nice. The staff were also great.
It is way to remote unless u are visiting the AFA. We flew in for an event and took an Uber to the hotel, we were stuck there until we left. Way to far to get food or shop without a car. Have to eat in hotel which was pretty pricey. Good food, but pricey
We had no other option.
The views were breathtaking!
There was no bathtub, the rooms were extremely nice but small
Hotel was very clean and located in a good area and close to things. The view every morning and day was awesome.
A bag of linen was left outside of our room for a day and half.
Location and facilities were prefect for visit to The Air Force Academy - right outside the gate and connected to the new USAFA Visitor Center by a walkway. Lots of seating options in the courtyard and many game options (bocce ball, checkers, corn hole, ping pong) decent sized pool with an adequate amount of lounge chairs. Great place to have morning coffee and gaze over the USAFA campus and watch the cadets do glider training. The theming of them hotel was exactly what you would hope for - United States Air Force Academy and the flight simulator was worth it - so awesome!!!
The Polaris is a well oiled machine! Everything was perfect!
Location, General very good feeling about it all

The staff and the amenities were amazing.
The little sofa in our room made closing the drapes difficult.
The expresso machine in the room
Great facilities, location and view.
Breakfast in Pamela’s was excellent!!
The aviator restaurant was disappointing with limited menu, poor Asian food and terrible service. This was in the early evening when there were few people in the restaurant.
Room and view were great. All three restaurants were great. employess were friendly and accommodating.
Wifi wouldn't let us log in with room number and when we asked about it they said it was a provider issue. On our last night we were given a simple code to login. It would have been nice to have that the entire stay. Bed was good but not great which at this level of hotel I would have expected. Neither of these issues were so bad it ruined the stay however. We would go back
Great restaurant choices for stay
Helpful staff
Location to Air Force event
We had incredible service, mostly from Kamal at the front desk who fixed a check in error (my own mistake) with such friendliness and kindness. He also promised my daughter and friend milkshakes if they won their game, and ended up buying shakes for the whole team. He could not have provided better service.
The hotel was clean, good service and well located.
The hotel was at 100% occupancy and the restaurants and bars had a hard time keeping up.
