Pros:

The service was great! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It’s a family run business and they were so friendly and helpful with all my requests. You can get to everything from the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was hard after a few days but so clean and quiet.

Pros:

La posizione è davvero centrale.

Cons:

Non voglio lamentarmi troppo, abbiamo speso solo 25€ a testa e quindi capisco di non essere in un hotel a 5 stelle, però devo dire che l’igiene e la pulizia non sono ottimi, l’hotel ha un aspetto davvero brutto e antico. Lo consiglierei solo per chi vuole dormire e basta. Senza nemmeno guardarsi intorno.

Cons:

Camere fatiscenti, senza riscaldamento. In due giorni ho dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte. Pulizia 0 muffa nelle camere con intonaco cadente mancanza di riscaldamento .....solo nella terza camera tramite fan-coil che ho dovuto spendere per l'odore di muffa che emetteva. Lenzuoli non stirati......

Alloggio semplice ed economico a Montecatini
Pros:

L'hotel ha una ottima posizione e il personale è gentile. È una soluzione economica e funzionale per chi non ha troppe pretese e vuole spendere poco.

Cons:

L'arredamento è datato e ridotto all'essenziale. Il cavo dell'antenna della tv aveva un attacco instabile e questo ha creato problemi nella visualizzazione dei programmi. Essendo tardi abbiamo rinunciato a segnalare il problema alla reception e abbiamo rinunciato direttamente all'utilizzo della tv. La colazione è varia ma non ci è piaciuta molto. È stata disturbata da continue interruzioni della energia elettrica che hanno reso difficoltoso l'impiego della macchinetta per fare il caffè e il cappuccino. Per onestà va detto che i black out erano verosimilmente dovuti a un problema nella zona dove si trovava l'hotel e quindi nessuna colpa va riferita allo staff e in generale alla struttura. Anzi, sottolineo che il signore che ci ha accolto nella sala colazione è stato gentilissimo e premuroso e ha fatto del suo meglio per cercare di garantirci una bevanda calda nei brevi momenti in cui tornava la corrente . Al di là della sfortuna di quella mattinata specifica, non ci è piaciuta comunque la qualità dell'offerta dei prodotti presenti.

non saprei, ho preferito cambiare hotel, camera fredda, di arredamento e di temperatura. non hanno neanche offerto un a percentuale di rimborso, pur non avendo usato la camera, ad un prezzo sicuramente alto, 88€.
