It was nice, clean, and good location.
Pros:

We liked how our hotel room had its own private washroom + shower, controllable HVAC system, good location (close to Akihabara station), good neighbourhood, quick and responsive staff for check-in/check-out, lots of toiletries, and there were lots of outlets available.

Cons:

The room was very small, which made it difficult to open our luggage and move around. I think it would be good for solo traveller, but as a group of 3, it was difficult to use the small space with our luggages.

The dryer also only has a 30 minute run-time for ¥100, so one session cannot dry medium to large amounts of laundry effectively, which is a bit inconvenient.

Pretty good spot as far as location in relation to Akihabara. Not the best at communicating.
Pros:

Nice, cozy rooms. Clean bathrooms with weekly free room cleans

Cons:

The staff didn’t seem to like using a translator on their phones and often caused confusion. I know English isn’t their first language but I would have preferred them to use a translator. The B1 floor often smelled of smoke from the smoking room, the dryers don’t dry properly and there were inconsistent rules on storing our bags and taking them ouft, from different employees.

Overall is a good experience to stay.
Pros:

There is no breakfast but the location is very near to akihabara train station, other stations and shopping areas.

solid, no frills hotel with easy self check in
Pros:

solid room, solid bathroom, solid bed, check in was self check in and an easy process

Cons:

i had a little trouble figuring out how to drop my luggage off early but was able to have a phone call with the person on duty (not physically present but watching via cam) and they were able to help me place my luggage in a safe place before check in
