Pros:

Really close to the station. Rooms clean, and really strong water pressure. The staff is really nice, although I didn't interact as much as I arrived late and it was only a one night stay. The place is quiet, and I had a very nice sleep in those beds. They are real twin beds, spacious.

Cons:

Checkout is 10 am, but you have the option to extend it, so there's that.
