Location and the room itself were good. Overall experience and amenities quite poor. Overpriced 100%
Pros:

The room itself was the only good part - spacious + the air conditioning and beds made us comfortable. Paid INR 24k for a family suite for 3 nights - not worth it.
Another good thing is we suggested they place some sort of signage as the lobby floor had a step that anyone could miss. And they did take on the feedback and place a neon sticker soon after.
Asha from the housekeeping team was helpful.

Cons:

The kitchen was not operational. It’s quite frustrating to call room service for chai and be advised that the kitchen is “under maintenance”. Funnily, they emphasised about the room service to us upon check in.
We were the only ones on the property I reckon and yet had to plead and beg for a slightly late check out.
The elevator was not working as some staff member accidentally turned off the power.
They refused to provide a spare key even though we were occupying a family suite ie multiple persons occupying 2 rooms within the suite.

Decent hotel in a good location.
Pros:

This hotel is in a very good location. You can enjoy the local tea in front of the hotel, chat house next to the hotel, Malls nearby. Taxi that get you around will not cost you a lot from here.

First they denied card payment, then they said they will charge extra for card payment. Room cleaning not done. Not flexible with checkout timings. They charge 1 day rate for 2 hours extended checkout which is ridiculous

Room was too small, and non oriented compared to shown in the photo
Take too much commissions on extra things,
Asked us to pay on their personal bank account instead of official hotel bank account and didn't return extra money paid
I would recommand to never visit again
