Very good place to stay but don’t expect anything from staff inside
Pros:

Location and room and especially the security and the driver who parks our car. Very polite and very very helpful

Cons:

The staff inside… no one picks the call when you call from room and especially I came down 4 times from 3rd floor(in lift so no complaint on coming down) to ask things which i need and to ask what number to dial i came down first then once they picked the call and i asked for a tea as i had headache and the response was sir 7:30pm is dinner time so no tea…

Overall happy with the stay. Biggest positives were friendly staff & good location.
Pros:

Gentleman at the front reception was very friendly & accommodating. Very helpful in getting a taxi to the airport. Room was very spacious & air conditioning was very functional. Location was good with a bar next door & a gym just 2 buildings down the street.

Cons:

I asked for cold milk with my cornflakes for breakfast & they could not provide 2 days in a row.
Had some problems with the internet on the first night but it improved on the second day.
The TV was not so functional.

Good service. Helpful team. Rooms are great and big.
Daily coffee was good.
They have a hotel auto driver to use at our need. Tht was a plus during odd hours travel.
