Expérience décevante dès l'arrivée
L'accueil manque cruellement de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Aucun briefing à notre arrivée, le personnel est resté sec et nous avons dû chercher notre chambre par nous-mêmes. De plus, la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée et personne n'a pris la peine de nous en informer ou de nous faire patienter correctement. Un service client à revoir.

Están en un enclave con una naturaleza única y con unas vistas excelentes al parque nacional de Isalo. Habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas. Ambiente diferente porque son tiendas de campaña convsuelo de madera, techo de paja, totalmente acondicionadas. Por lo que parece que estás de camping, pero a todo lujo. Se puede ver amanecer desde la cama. El baño es muy grande y espacioso y las camas también. El alojamiento tiene una piscina ideal para rl relax y todas las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. Si volviera repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

A las 10 de la noche desconectan la luz porque funciona por generador, por lo que hay que cargar todo antes de esa hora. Aún así no supuso ningún inconveniente.

Coupure de courant dans l' un de nos trois bungalow. Nous n'avions pas eu de courant ni d'eau chaude durant la nuit et ils ont pris du temps à régler le problème. Sinon le reste était parfait 😊

Een schitterende lodge op een magnifieke plek
Pros:

De magnifieke locatie , de ruime tenten die perfect uitgerust zijn. Het eten is van heel goede kwaliteit en ruime porties. Eigenlijk alles. Geen minpunten. Je moet rekening houden met de stroom wat ook weer logisch is omdat alles op zonne-energie gaat.

Hotel ideal en entorno idílico
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda ,en un entorno natural y las vistas preciosas desde la piscina ,las habitaciones tiendas son chulísimas tipo safari / colonial y el cuarto de baño.me encanto añadiendo que tiene una ducha exterior ( además de la interior )al aire libre que es un lujazo ,ah mención especial merece la terraza ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza y exuberante vegetación

Hace frío ,bastante frío y al ser eco pues no hay ni radiador ni nada
El desayuno es un poco pobre para un hotel de esta categoría ,solo 2 variedades de fruta ,bollitos y otro dulce minúsculo.y zumo de guayaba y de caña de azúcar + mantequilla ,miel como siempre .
Ah si un yogurt ,,huevos a petición a tu gusto
Pero aún así me reitero es escaso aunque todo muy bien presentado

Les heures de restriction pour charger nos appareils de 18h à 22h dans les chambres sont trop courtes. Il devrait y en avoir aussi le matin. Idéalement, un hôtel de cette game devrait se doter de moyens nécessaires en terme d’énergie, vu le standing des clients qu’ils accueillent
