J’ai adoré ! Je referais bien une partie de cette satanée RN7 juste pour revenir ici quelques jours
Pros:

TOUT !
Même si la route est longue pour arriver jusque ici j ai tout aimé
Le cadre est superbe
Le resto est bon
Le massage était bon
Le logement plus agréable que prévu

De ne pas être resté plus …
Quelques degrés de plus dans la piscine ça ferait du bien 🤩
Wifi qui pourrait être poussé un peu plus vers les bungalows si possible

Absolutely stunning lodge! Beautifully set up with a fantastic swimming pool. The staff is incredibly friendly and totally unobtrusive. The food is simply sublime! Our lodge tent was gorgeously decorated, featuring super comfortable chairs on the deck to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. Plus, it is so close to Isalo NP. What a truly wonderful place to be! Loved it ❣️

Horror movie where I became victim of a serious crime

Assolutamente nulla.

Cons:

Mentre io e il mio compagno facevamo la doccia nella nostra camera abbiamo scoperto un membro dello staff che ci stava riprendendo con il cellulare dalla finestra. Abbiamo immediatamente denunciato l'incidente al manager. Il manager ci ha dato dei bugiardi e ci ha costretto a dimostrare che quanto raccontavamo era vero obbligandoci a ricostruire la dinamica dell'incidente. Non mi sono mai sentita così umiliata, stressata e spaventata in vita mia. Dopo due ore di discussione, il manager ha confermato che a sua opinione eravamo dei bugiardi, perché "lo staff non è ammesso nel giardino alle 16.30" o perché "era più probabile che avessimo confuso il cellulare con un geco". Ci hanno poi costretto a pagare 167 euro per 2 notti per l'esperienza più brutta della nostra vista, minacciando di altrimenti chiamare la polizia locale. Ho ora aperto un reclamo con Booking, che da un mese sta ignorando tutte le mie richieste di assistenza e le mie segnalazioni sul gravissimo incidente accaduto. Questa non solo è un omissione negligente e inadempiente nei mei confronti, ma anche nei confronti di tutti i presenti e futuri ospiti della struttura, che sono a rischio di divenire vittime dello stesso reato. Posso assicurare il lettore che il componente dello staff che ci stava riprendendo sapeva benissimo come fare bene quello che stava facendo e che lo fa certamente in maniera assidua. Infatti, il manager dell'hotel non era affatto sorpreso quando abbiamo denunciato il fatto e ha difeso il suo dipendente. Ma la cosa più scandalosa di tutte è la TOTALE ASSENZA DI QUALSIASI TIPO DI ASSISTENZA DA PARTE DI BOOKING, che non ha preso nessuna azione rispetto al gravissimo reato segnalato!!!!

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce lodge et en plus en baisse saison j'étais presque seul. Très bon service et les espaces sont très beaux et la décoration très belle.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été très attentionné et sympathique avec moi. J’adorais me réveiller le matin et prendre mon petit-déjeuner (délicieux!) avec la vue spectaculaire sur la montagne depuis la piscine, ou revenir d’une excursion et me promener parmi les magnifiques plantes endémiques de Madagascar qui vous accueillent à l’arrivée. Et profiter d’une baignade au coucher du soleil ! Un vrai bonheur d’avoir passé deux nuits ici pour visiter le parc de l’Isalo.

Cons:

Rien, c'est parfait. Je vous souhaite que les dificultés du transport aérien internationale ne vous impactent trop, parce que vous méritez du succes!

j'avais le bungalow 20, et en sortant du bungalow le soir j'ai manqué une marche, comme ce n'était pas éclairé et je suis tombé, mais heureusement ce n'était pas méchant, par contre il faudra faire attention pour des enfants ou personnes agées

une vue absolument magnifique sur l'Isalo
Pros:

La vue est tout a fait exceptionnelle c'était magique de vivre au coeur de l'Isalo ! La piscine est un peu trop chlorée à mon goût et certains équipements mériteraient un coup de rafraîchissement, mais le personnel est très attentionné et les chambres très confortables (un énorme coup de coeur pour les salles de bain sublimes !) le petit déjeuner buffet est diversifié :)
