Decent hotel, but would never stay there again

My only complaint about the property was that I’d stayed at the property for seven nights and when I checked in, I paid for the full state and the front desk person told me that if I had any other chargers to the room or at the bar, I can just pay this on checkout which I had a couple of beers at the Ball one night and the staff said unfortunately we can charge us and then I had one of the front desk girls come over complaining that I never left at deposit. The hotel really needs to look after guests that are staying there longer than one night and I did manage to get this sorted out but only if I asked to speak to the GM then everybody was jumping up and down. I wanted to know why I want to see the hotels GM.

Un très mauvais souvenir, ce qui nous a obligé de revenir au Marriott pour terminer notre séjour.

Cons:

La toilette sentait de l'odeur de la fosse septique, C'est après 2 jour de séjour que les techniciens sont venu boucher le bon de sol qui apparement laissait échapper le gas des fosses dans la la toilette et la chambre

Cons:

Phòng đầy rêu, cực kì nhỏ, mùi hôi. Vật dùng để vô cùng cũ và có thể bể bất cứ lúc nào khi bạn chạm vào. Phòng còn không có cả một tờ khăn giấy.
Nhân viên thậm chí còn không rõ tôi ở phòng nào để mang hành lí của chúng tôi lên. Chúng tôi đã phải đợi 1 tiếng cho vali.
Thái độ nhân viên cực kì tệ, chúng tôi như không được chào đón ở nơi đây.
Đây là những gì mà khách sạn 5 sao có được hay sao?
Chúng tôi đã có những trải cực kì tệ tại đây, giá trị và trải nghiệm của khách sạn mang lại hoàn toàn không xứng đáng với số tiền bạn đã bỏ ra.

スタッフは親切で最高なのにお部屋が残念だった。

スタッフさんが親切に対応してくれました。

Cons:

朝の9時から5時まで工事の音がうるさくて、部屋でくつろげませんでした。部屋の時計が直してもらってもすぐに時間がずれてしまう。バスタブの水が抜けなくて困ってしまった。蛾が部屋にいて、とっても何処からか入り込んで嫌な思いをした。
