Dated Hotel with undeserving room rate

- Staff has zero English knowledge, less cooperative and old school Soviet bureaucrats.
- old dated hotel, uncleaned toilet, rusty elevator, smelly bed and mold everywhere in bathroom.
-it is not close to city center- Sukhbaatar square as they claim, solid 1.5km long walk on a busy crowded Street. If anyone carries large luggage’s and kids, good luck with your walk.
- Reception lady charged extra USD$31 as city tax on top of the booking.com quote, how come booking unaware of this charge? It is a scam
- My flight got delayed so I asked the day time staff to extend the checkout out time by 2hrs. She laughed and nodded her head, so I thought she agreed. But as soon as the checkout time was reached not sure what happened another lady knocked on my door and threatened me if I don’t vacate within 30min. Lack of communication among staffs, lack of English understanding. Very nude, unprofessional and money minded staff.
-This hotel definitely don’t deserve the room rate they were asking for, total scam. It seems booking.com was also part of this scam and they should be ashamed.

Stanza comoda e pulita.

Cons:

Colazione. Non era chiaro se era possibile fare la colazione pagando. Avevo inoltre avvisato la struttura che il mio orario di arrivo era in anticipo rispetto l'orario previsto x il check in. Mi hanno scritto che non c'era alcun problema ma poi mi hanno fatto pagare extra all'arrivo.
