Мы возвращались с Украины , увы не ожидали что на румынской границе простоим 9 часов , по этому сильно уставшие решили , остановиться в отеле , а ехали в Болгарию .
Это отель был успел уютным и были приятные предложения по детям , без доплаты .
С нами был ребенок 12 лет .
Я забронировала номер 2 взрослых и ребенок . Оплата снялась , бронь подтвердилась , до отеля добрались около часа ночи , очень уставшие . Заселение прошло быстро все ок, но когда поднялись в номер , то увидели одну кровать и комплекты постельного и в ванной на два человека . Просто не было сил спускаться и требовать еще подушку , одеяло …. Для ребенка .
А в общем уютный отель , хороший и вкусный утром был завтрак , постельное и ванная комната чистая ♥️ здесь все отлично .
А когда я утром открыла бронь и зашла более глубоко изучить бронь по детям , то обнаружила , что дети это до 11 лет , а с 12 лет если нужен был комплект и спальное место нужно было еще доплатить 29 €. Зачет так все усложнять ? Напишите в предложении сразу детям до 11 лет . Так как бывают разные ситуации и усталость от дороги .

Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut personalul , de la ospătari , recepționeri până la cele două doamne drăguțe și foarte , foarte amabile din conducerea hotelului .
Mâncarea de la restaurant a fost proaspătă și bună , iar toată lumea amabilă și gata să-ți ofere ajutorul pentru a te simți cat mai ok.
Camera în care am stat era spațioasă și curată .
Recomand cu încredere .

Aproape de faleza si de plaja. Acces facil din bulevardul principal. Parcare inclusa. Foarte curat.
Nu am gasit loc la masa pentru micul dejun. Erau putine si majoritatea erau pentru 6-8 persoane, ceea ce insemna ca au fost ocupate destul de repede, chiar daca stateau doar 2-3 persoane la ele.
Ouale fierte se terminasera inainte de incheierea micului dejun si cand am cerut sa mai aduca pentru copil au zis ca nu mai au…de asemenea, nici omleta sau oua prajite nu mai aveau si nu au mai adus. Altfel spus am platit micul dejun degeaba pentru copil pentru ca nu am avut ce sa ii dau de mancare, plus ca nici loc la masa nu am avut, asa ca am platit degeaba micul dejun pentru ziua respectiva. A trebuit sa mergem la un restaurant pe faleza ca sa luam ceva de mancare. Din punctul acesta de vedere, nu recomand deloc.
Camera este curata, cu mocheta pe jos, personalul este foarte amabil, micul dejun bun si diversificat.
Totul a fost super ok,curățenie,locația ok aproape de plajă, personalul foarte ok,eu am avut mic dejun inclus care a fost foarte ok.Recomand cu încredere
