Ok pentru sejur scurt
Pros:

Patul confortabil.
Dimensiinea camerei este decenta pt un sejur scurt.
Micul dejun a fost extins duminica.
Aproape de faleza si strada principala.
Parcare, chiar daca contra cost 30 lei/zi
Personalul la receptie amabil si dornic sa rezolve problemele aparute cu acurgerile din bai.
Pretul cu discount booking f convenabil.375 vs 580 lei/ noapte

Cons:

Baia si mai ales dusul extrem de mic si inghesuit.
Ghiuvetele au problema cu scurgerea in ambele cam in care am stat.
Micul deju modest si basic de calitate medie.
Galagia de pe hol se aude in camera inclusiv la nivelul discutiilor intre personal. La fel si aspiratorul pornit prea devreme pt o duminica dim.

Pros:

Hotelul corespunde descrierii de pe site, mai este loc de îmbunătățiri/renovări. Amplasat în apropierea plajei, dar si pe marginea Bdului Mamaia. Parcare contra cost.

Pros:

Ne-a fost repartizată o cameră în care (am constatat după 20 min) nu mergea sistemul de climatizare. Trei angajați s-au agitat să ne rezolve problema (curățare filtru, resetare din centrală etc) iar după o jumătate de oră ne-au oferit altă cameră. Tot respectul pt atitudinea dumnealor! Vin în acest hotel de 11 ani și nu m-au dezamăgit niciodată.

Poziția centrală, parcarea, personalul de la recepție și de la restaurant foarte profesionist.

Cons:

La camera 108 ușa minifrigiderului nu se închide, in baie miros de canalizare, cel mai probabil de la sifonul cabinei de duș. Personalul de curățenie necesită instruire și supervizare, mai ales pe baie.

The request we made, were accommodated.The checked in room was ready before we arrived and given to us before the check-in time!! The rooms were sparkling clean! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food was good Location was very good: near the beach, near restaurants, near buss station! Can take the double deck tour bus front he station, there near to the cable cabin, can take and see a beautiful sun set view across the location.
