Für Kurztrip ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, der Service und das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren modern und groß. Das Essen im Restaurant wirklich super lecker.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Suite zur Parkplatzseite. Leider wurde um 3:45 Uhr direkt neben dem Hotel 40 Minuten Ware angeliefert. Dies war trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut und nervig. Auch Hotelgäste die erst später eingecheckt haben und auf dem Parkplatz 10 Minuten bei laufendem Motor im Auto verweilt haben.

A nice hotel for Strasbourg stays

A nice stopover Hotel for us. The facilities were very good and the bar and dining area very smart.

No phone in room to call reception
Single duvets for double beds
Hotel staff lock the front door 9pm so I was left in the car park banging on the fro t door despite them telling me earlier the door isn’t locked till 10pm. When I eventually got through - the guy left me waiting a further 20 mins.

Pros:

Good choice to stay if You are on the road trip and want to explore Strasbourg and surroundings. Clean hotel, cozy and comfort rooms, very good breakfast, quiet surroundings. Spacious parking lot right next to the hotel, grocery store right here too.

Das Hotel war insgesamt tipptopp, sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Leider wurde weder auf Booking.com, wo ich reserviert habe, noch vor der Anreise klar darauf hingewiesen, dass der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich inklusive Schwimmbad nur Personen ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist und teilweise als Nacktbereich geführt wird. Da ich mit meiner kleinen Tochter angereist bin, konnten wir diese Angebote überhaupt nicht nutzen. Hätte ich diese Informationen bei der Buchung erhalten, hätte ich das Hotel nicht reserviert. Darüber bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Eine klare und gut sichtbare Information bereits auf Booking.com wäre unbedingt erforderlich.

Für den Preis eher enttäuschend!!
Pros:

Der Spa ist toll, allerdings muss man die Nutzung als Gast bezahlen und alle sind komplett nackt - überall!

Cons:

Lage im Industriegebiet, Aufpreis für alles (Fahrradgarage, Spa…), Zimmer eher Standard und schlechte Klimatisierung, Frühstück enttäuschend (ohne Pancakes und kein Kaiserschmarn & keine frisch zubereiteten Omelettes).
