Luogo e vista incantevoli

Cons:

La struttura è molto bella, in una posizione meravigliosa ma carente nella manutenzione. Il bagno della piscina in totale stato di abbandono e carente nella manutenzione anche la piscina che non veniva pulita regolarmente. Piante e aiuole abbandonate, vasi rotti e bidoni dell'immondizia stracolmi che non venivano svuotati attirando molte vespe. L'appartamento ha un' evidente problema di umidità probabilmente dovuto al fatto che le finestre vengono aperte di rado. La lavatrice nell'alloggio era rotta e ci è stato detto che erano in attesa di trovare una buona occasione per sostituirla, gentilmente ci è stato detto che avrebbero nel caso provveduto a portare i panni sporchi in una lavanderia.
Il personale è poco presente ma abbastanza gentile.
La mia recensione vuole essere di spunto per valorizzare i punti di forza e dare a questa struttura il prestigio che merita.

Prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Het was heerlijk om na een warme reisdag gebruik te maken van het zwembad, verder was het uitzicht over Cefalu prachtig vooral 's avonds met zonsondergang

Cons:

Het was wat verder van Cefalu dan ik had verwacht en je kon er alleen maar met een taxi komen.

Vanwege de ligging niet aan te bevelen.
Pros:

Zwembad en uitzicht op Cefalu.

Cons:

M.n. de afstand naar Cefalu, stond aangegeven dat het 2 km was, maar in werkelijkheid was het meer als 5 km. Slechte weergave dus.

Petit appartement très spacieux et bien agencé, cuisine, machine à laver etc. Vrai parking privatif sur la propriété. Chouette petite piscine. À distance raisonnable de Cefalù (attention, besoin d'un moyen de locomotion).

Cons:

Pas grand chose à signaler. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Machine à laver à l'aspect vétuste dans notre logement.

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer; welches auch eine Küche hat; einzigartige Aussicht hoch über Cefalù, Parkieren problemlos möglich, ruhig.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: es hat keine Bar in der Nähe, so muss für den ersten Kaffee morgens das Auto genommen werden - wer sich den Kaffee selbst machen möchte, hätte jedoch die Möglichkeit dazu, bzw. es hat auch einen Automat.
