I appreciate the effort and I want to thank all the staff, but the noise was just too much.....
Pros:

Location is very good, Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Wonderful bed. I suggest not to take the rooms on the 4th floor, as they are totally made of glass (basically, a glasshouse), although very spacious, plus the lift goes only until the third floor, so if you have some heavy luggage, it could be messy.

Cons:

EXTREMELY NOISY DURING THE NIGHT. There is a restaurant next door, and they have loud music until very late. I arrived on a national holiday, and the music went on until 01,30 in the night as loud as it could, and I had a business meeting at 09,00 o'clock the next morning. Never got so angry in my life as during that night!!!! Sunday was a nightmare.I was there sunday to wednesday, and only monday night was quite. If you are on vacation, it's a great place, but if you are there for business, better choose another location.

Great location for exploring the old town
Pros:

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location in the heart of Tbilisi's Old Town, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Good breakfast. The lady serving breakfast was particularly warm, welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

Not quite as fresh or well-maintained as the photographs suggest, and cleanliness could be improved. The reception staff seemed rather indifferent. A significant drawback is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can be very loud late into the night.

Pros:

The location is excellent; you can walk to all the major spots, and there are a lot of amenities nearby. It feels very safe even late at night. Due to the location, there is some noise and music until late, though it didn't bother me—just something for noise-sensitive guests to keep in mind. Also, the person in charge of breakfast is incredibly kind. The menu changes slightly every day, and the food was consistently delicious. The view from the balcony is stunning, so I highly recommend booking a room with one.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold at night. I turned on the heating, but it didn't seem to be working very well.

Bizim için en önemli şey temizlik ve sessizlikti. Otel bunu karşıladı.
Pros:

Odalar çok temizdi. Çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir butik oteldi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çoğu yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Taleplerimizi yerine getirdiler.

Cons:

Otelin en büyük probleminin otopark eksikliği olduğunu düşünüyorum. Arabayı park edecek yer zor bulduk onda da neydiği belirsiz insanlara bir sürü para ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bu duruma çözüm bulunmalı.

It was very nice and relaxing in general.
Pros:

The location is very good and in the heart of old city.
The breakfast was wonderful and the food was made with extreme care and high quality, also very tasty.
There was just street view from my room

Cons:

The cleaning could be improved. After cleaning completed in my room I found that the bedsheet and quilt cover have not been changed which was disappointing. I called the cleaning staff who were in the corridor and asked them to change, then they replaced the bedsheet and quilt cover. Also, I found later that dusting has not been done. I did not inform because I did not have more time to waste.
