O frigobar não funcionava desde o dia que chegamos avisei e a secretária de plantão falou que era assim mesmo....mas existem modelos iguais no Brasil e sabemos que não é verdade

Збиралася на своє весілля у цьому готелі і на ранок наступного дня побачила , що усі мої золоті прикраси які були у шафі у коробочці під речами (сережки , браслет , намисто і обручка якою мені робили пропозицію ) усе зникло на наступний день !!!!!!
Ніхто із персоналу не допомагав шукати усе що було зроблене , це сказали : , «ну треба складати у сейф »

Персонал привітливий, сніданок смачний але мало вибору. Чисто та охайно, краще перепитати 10 разів чи треба щось доплати

Cons:

Не дуже багато вибору на сніданок. У номері є блок для зарядки який я користувалась. Ніде не було вказано ціни на нього, або що за нього взагалі треба платити. При виселенні з номеру сказали, що він коштує аж 45 ларі, я заплатила і це прикольна спроба зробити на туристах гроші, але про таке треба казала при заселенні або писати поряд з ним, бо вийшло не гарно. Хотілось би більше різноманітної їжі на сніданок

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The Wi-Fi, the view, and the overall atmosphere were excellent. I truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have the best experience in Old Tbilisi. Thank you so much for everything!

ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית כמו ברוב המלונות באירופה
המיקום מושלם! החדר היה גדול ונקי

Cons:

אין להם חלב שקדים במלון, אין קרח
אמרו שיבדקו אם אפשר להעביר אותנו לחדר עם מרפסת אבל בסוף לא חזרו אלינו לגבי זה.
