Nice location.
Very expensive for the services offered. Rooms are small with private bathroom built just behind an open wall in the room. Very small lavabo and quite uncomfortable for 2 people. The swimming pool was unavailable. Not properly maintained property.

Tot ha estat molyt bé!
Falta un manteniment seriós en totes les instalacions. Les tovalloles i llençols són velles i estan tacades. les cortines de la habitació estan trencades i plenes de pols...
La cama muy comoda y la bañera, nada mas a destacar
La comida; tanto la cena como el desayuno, la limpieza podrian mejorarla, agua caliente ( tuvimos que llamar 3 veces a recepcion para que nos la pusieran ), nos hicieron esperar bastante en recepcion para ir a cenar, falta de toallas en la habitacion, la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba, nos sentimos decepcionados por el dinero que nos hemos gastado en una noche alli para encontrarnos lo que nos hemos encontrado, por el precio que vale el servicio es muy escaso

The rooms are very nice, we had a room with a fantastic view.
The breakfast is very good and dinner was excellent.
The staff are very friendly and you can tell it’s their passion as it is a family run hotel. They grow a lot of vegetables on site and have their own chickens. The food is fresh and delicious.
The pool area is a bit run down and the spa, although open looked abandoned!
Reception area doesn’t fit with the rest of the hotel. So when you arrive you get the wrong impression of what it’s going to be like.

We had the best time staying at Hotel Urbisol as we had a wedding to attend nearby. The staff were all so kind and friendly, the massages we had at the spa were so relaxing, the food at the restaurant was superb, the included breakfast was delicious; and we thoroughly enjoyed our room with mountain views. The room was modern and well equipped with the necessary amenities like toiletries, robes and slippers for the spa. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, amazing view from the room, comfortable room, The Food was exquisite beyond belief, the staff were all wonderful. The facilities are somewhat in decline, Such as the sauna and steam room that are out of order and the poolside lounges in need of replacement. But we loved our stay and recommend The place to anyone who can overlook a few issues and still enjoy oneself.
