They denied occupancy . They said booking.com has not informed. And they said straight get out after doing all the complete payment.
It’s very arrogant on them to tell us GO TO HELL

Booking.Com should properly check the availability of the rooms. Rooms were not available.

Staff The staff's behavior was excellent and very accommodating. was excellent and accommodative.

Cons:

The problem is with Booking.com. Though rooms were unavailable, booking.com confirmed the booking. This led to a lot of confusion on arrival. However, the hotel staff accommodated us. Thanks to the Hotel staff.
