Pros:

The quality of breakfast was excellent, the room and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. However, what really stood out was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff, from the people at the reception to the ones involved in breakfast preparation. Thanks!

Výborná lokalita, raňajky super, personál milý. Je tu dobrá wifi. Potešilo nás, že majú radi mačky, že nás vedeli ubytovať i v noci. Keď som zabudla kľúč v izbe, vedeli mi pomôcť.

Cons:

Trochu tenké steny, v noci bolo počuť susedov ... nám to nevadilo, alepri dlhšom pobyte to môže byť nepríjemné.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix .
L'hôtel est familiale mais les chambres sont magnifiques, propres, spacieuses, tout équipées avec mini bar, une très belle salle de bain.
Nous avions demandé un changement de chambre car petit soucis d'insonorisation et le staff a réagit le jour même, nous avons pu profiter d'une autre chambre au calme.
Petit déjeuner correct et copieux.
L'hôtel se trouve à 3 min à pied d'une station de métro et 20 minutes à pied de la mosquée sainte Sophie , donc très bien placé surtout pour ceux qui aiment découvrir à la marche les rues amenant à ce site.
Rien à dire vraiment l'hôtel etait le gros point positif de notre séjour.

Cons:

Petit problème d'insonorisation surtout pour les chambres qui donnent sur la rue, mais le staff réagira en conséquence si besoin.

Very good price-performance ratio
Pros:

The accommodation was very pleasant. The hotel is in the very center and allowed us to reach all areas of Istanbul comfortably. At the same time, we like to walk, so walking around the neighborhood was also lovely. Various goodies are sold in the street, but it was quiet during the night. Breakfast was excellent, with a few variations. Vegetables, eggs, sausages, pastries, salads and some sweets. Very good price-performance ratio.

Cons:

Personally, I liked the beds, but they might be too hard for some. But that's about personal preference, nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле с 24 января по 12 февраля, остались очень довольны! Номера чистые, уютные. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера комфортная, чувствуешь себя как дома.

Особенно хочется поблагодарить Галину за её внимательность, доброжелательность и профессионализм. Она всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами и создавала отличное настроение. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова!

Pros:

The location was nice, good value for money, and they provided us with a free upgrade. very comfy rooms and nice staff. you can hear prayers in the morning.

Cons:

breakfast is average (a bit below average too) but very good value for money. the hotel needs maintenance, was a bit confusing the find the hotel at first.

Bad, unbearably smelly, rude receptionists.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, but the staff were not always nice, also the cafe room was dark and not friendly. That's pretty much the only thing, beside the fact that it was recently renovated.

Cons:

Contacted me numerous times on my personal number to change my review, even offered to pay me to change it, but it's a scam. Everything else was bad, not sure how they have such a high rating probably because they pay people to delete. We paid extra for a room that essentially smelt like a dead animal the entire time. It was overwhelmingly smelly, when I enquired about it they just gave me a room spray and said wait for the manager, the manager never said anything, didn't check in with us about it, as we didn't stay that long, we just had to deal with it, instead of trying to find another place. The smell was genuinely giving me nightmares, I kept feeling like I was seeing rats. When we were checking out, they were rude, and shouted at us when we sat at the dining table, we were eating our own food, and assumed we were allowed to. They could have just said it nicely. They didn't let my dad wash his hands on multiple days. I believe they were Islamaphobic, just generally weren't accommodating, it was like they were doing us a favour by being there. Extremely disappointing.
