Personal in der Rezeption ist einfach super!
Schöne Zimmer, SPA klein aber fein.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Frühstück ist nicht vielfältig. Keine Aufstriche, Lachs/Fisch etc.
Auswahl von Obst und Gemüse überschaubar .
Qualität bei Säften unterdurchschnittlich, Pfannkuchen sollen entweder frischgebacken oder nicht anbieten. Kaffee ist verbesserungsbedürftig.
Aus meiner Sicht das Frühstück ist nicht mehr als drei Sterne Hotelkategorie.

Хороший отель, с приветливым персоналом, новый, чистый, понравилось спа

Cons:

Не хватает крючков для верхней одежды во входной зоне номера, для спа не выдают отдельные полотенца, необходимо брать из номера. Это мелочи, которые можно улучшить, но они не портят общее впечатление от отеля

Замечательный новый отель! Внимательный персонал!!! Удобно, что можно платить на месте без предоплаты т.к. российские карты не работают за границей. Удобная кровать, подушки! Вкусный разнообразный завтрак! Вечером можно заказать еду в баре (очень вкусно и большие порции). И еще есть небольшая спа зона! Прекрасное впечатление, ВСЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ!!! Буду рекомендовать друзьям, знакомым и сама вернусь!!!!!

Un sejur plăcut și relaxant, cu un spa foarte bun.
Pros:

Spa-ul a fost excelent, foarte relaxant și bine întreținut. Personalul a fost amabil, iar camerele curate și confortabile.

Cons:

Singurul mic inconvenient este că hotelul nu este foarte aproape de centrul orașului.

Great place to stay and relax
Pros:

An amazing hotel with great facilities. Gayane, the lady at the reception is 11out of 10. She made our holidays special. Thank you. Karen the manager also very helpful. Heated Pool, jacuzzi, sauna to relax. A bit far from the centre if you want to walk. Taking a taxi cost nearly nothing. if i visit Yerevan again definitely i will stay here.

Pros:

Everything was very good, clean and tidy room. New hotel, very attentive staff. Delicious cuisine.
The spa will relieve you of the fatigue of the whole day.

Cons:

I recommend that a double room have one large mattress, not two small mattresses together.
