Pros:

Habitaciones amplias con camas cómodas. Cuenta con parking gratuito. Aunque esta alejado del centro es buena opción de alojamiento para no entrar en el caótico tráfico de la ciudad. Se puede ir andando al centro en unos 40 minutos.

Cons:

El desayuno debería mejorar en calidad y variedad, especialmente los zumos. Aunque es una apreciación totalmente personal, la luz blanca de la habitación no ayuda a tener un ambiente tranquilo y de descanso.

Se publicita como un hotel de cuatro estrellas, y no lo es!!!
En tres noches que estuvimos, no nos limpiaron la habitación, una pasadita ligera al baño y ya está.
El personal de recepción, excepto un chico que nos atendió por la noche, muy antipático.
Los productos del desayuno de una calidad ínfima, y el salón pequeñísimo. Lo único "salvable" del desayuno, las dos chicas que lo atienden, que se desviven.
Advertir que es típico hotel que acoge grandes grupos de viajeros, menudo jaleo montaban.
Un hotel muy decepcionante.

Good but room for improvements
Pros:

Overall experience in Armenia (considering that the local hotel industry is still developing) was very good. The staff were friendly, the location was ok, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Cons:

However, once you start paying attention to the details, there is room for improvement. The room had some visible paint chips and signs of water damage in the bathroom. The gym looks much better in the photos than it actually is and is not really suitable for a proper workout. The breakfast offers enough variety, but the quality and selection are still below what many European travelers might expect.
