На входе встретила приятная и дружелюбная хостес. Обслуживание на высоте. Номер чистый и приятный. SPA комплекс порадовал разнообразием, в номере отличное джакузи. Не жалею о проведенном времени. Спасибо всему персоналу Dynasty

Чисто, удобно и отличная spa зона
Pros:

Везде очень чисто, все целое, все работает. Кровать удобная. Два стола, достаточно, чтобы перекусить втроем, поработать, хорошее зеркало, чтобы накраситься. С горячей водой проблем не было. Халаты для SPA, все мелкие гигиенические принадлежности в наличии. В SPA джакузи на 2-4 человека и небольшой бассейн с более теплой водой, чем обычно бывает. Сауна, хамам и бак с холодной водой ополоснуться.
В ресторане брали только простую еду - пюре, котлету, пасту, вполне вкусно. На завтрак небольшой шведский стол, всего хватает.
Персонал приветливый, хотя у нас не было особых запросов.
С удовольствием побываем еще.

Cons:

Кодниционер в номере не выключался и грел без перерыва, приходилось вручную выключать, но это мелочи.

Расположение отеля, далековато от центра. Но для меня это было не проблемой так как есть дешевое такси.

Pros:

everything is very clean. the heating did the job for one of the coldest winters for yerevan. bidet worked flawlessly. the staff was very nice. location wise the hotel is great, deliveries were quick although local delivery drivers are a bit rude and dont want to come inside the hotel.

Cons:

people in the room next door were watching a movie in russian very loudly until 1 am
idk if the walls are thin or the doors (closed) from one room to another were to blame, but it was unbearable anyway.

Beautiful well-thought and cozy hotel, very valuable
Pros:

Breakfast is delicious, great variety of options. SPA is really good, nice hot tub, pleasantly smelling hamam, amazing and surprising Kneipp path, I loved it. The family suite room was very clean and cozy, comfortable and spacious with vintage balcony view. Bathroom is super large, has both the shower and the hot tub, which is awesome. Everything is well-thought. The king bed is really king, huge and convenient.

Cons:

Only one elevator can be extremely busy during hours when many guests come and leave at the same time. May be not quite convenient for families with a baby and stroller.
