Pros:

Pros:

Excellent location, outstanding views, exceptionally helpful staff, ferry and buses right outside your door. A plethora of excellent restaurants and bars outside your door, Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna only a short trip away. The breakfast buffet was incredible, sitting in the terrace eating whilst encompassed by the mountains and lake was nothing short of surreal.

Great view, terrible accommodations and service.
Pros:

Location and view from the room were great. The front desk lady upon checking in was very nice.

Cons:

When we first arrived, the air conditioning did not work and the shower door was completely off the hinge standing inside the shower.

They sent someone to look, and he told us he would have someone come fix it tomorrow. Not only did nobody come, but the air conditioning issue was also never addressed. When asking the front desk for a partial refund given the circumstances, they said the best they can do is send a fan to our room.

The last morning of our stay we went to the bar for coffee and were told it wasn’t open yet and could only get it from the restaurant. We went up to the restaurant and were met with very rude staff telling us no we can’t order and pay for coffee if we didn’t pay for the full breakfast. After telling them the reception sent us here, they served us reluctantly.

Great location with very hard beds
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to move about the lake by boat or bus. Quiet area but with great restaurants and a pharmacy next to the hotel.

Cons:

The beds were unfortunately hard like a rock. We all complained as it hurt in all the pressure points. We kept on waking up and it was difficult to have a good night's rest.

No acogedor
Pros:

Su ubicación. Pagando un suplemento puedes tener una habitación con vistas al lago.

Cons:

Nada me gustó. Sucio, viejo, desayuno poco apetecible, enchufes q no funcionaban, mal olor en el baño, el WiFi no funcionaba..... un desastre. Nada recomendable.
