Posizione strategica, sotto l’hotel c’è sia la fermata del traghetto sia del bus.
La vista sul lago dalla camera da letto!

Hotel mediocre e staff poco sorridente
Pros:

La posizione era comoda per visitare Villa Carlotta, prendere i traghetti e a la vista lago dalla camera era molto bella. La camera alla mattina è molto luminosa.

Cons:

Il check in alle 15 è tardi, mentre il check out alle 10 è troppo presto. Ci è stato intimato alle 10.01 di lasciare la stanza da una donna delle pulizie quando stavamo chiudendo le valigie ed eravamo pronte ad uscire, dicendo che dovevano arrivare i clienti nonostante mancassero 5 ore al check in e l'hotel non sembrava particolarmente affollato. La stanza non è come in foto, si sentono molto i rumori della strada e faceva molto caldo. In generale struttura mediocre e datata.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay — very cozy, family-like atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. We celebrated a birthday, and the hotel made a lovely gesture — they didn’t charge us for the champagne from the bar as a gift. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

Poor facilities especially for the price.
Pros:

The location is great, the views from the room are wonderful. The staff are friendly and it’s a vibrant and lively place with beautiful terraces and large outdoor dining area.

Cons:

The room is VERY basic, way too basic for the price ! For example there are no electricity plugs in the wall. The AC didn’t work and it was hot so we had a terrible night. We tried to open the window but then it was loud because it’s directly on the road. The bathroom had a weird smell. I didn’t enjoy my stay at the hotel.

Grosse arnaque
Pros:

RIEN ! Fuyez cet hôtel! On est mal reçu ! Chambre non conforme à la réservation, on te facture des suppléments de 30€ pour vue lac! Une usine à touristes! Obligé de prendre les escaliers parce que l’ascenseur est constamment occupé. La Clim fuit et l’eau dégouline sur la porte , fait une flaque d’eau par terre ce sui est vraiment dangereux pour la glissade.. le robinet de la salle de bain est déglingué (jamais vu ça dans un hôtel), le parking se trouve à 1,5km de l’hôtel !! Quand tu voyage avec quelqu’un qui a 82 ans , ça devient compliqué ! Rien n’a été dit à ce sujet à la
réservation ! Le petit déjeuner est insipide et sans saveur, le fromage, le jambon n’ont aucun goût , les fruits du premier prix, les viennoiseries vraiment pas bonnes, idem pour le café ! On te parque dans une salle à manger sans saveur à l’image de ce qui y est servit et on t’interdit d’aller sur la terrasse alors qu’il y a des dizaines de tables !! Le barista te regarde de travers quand tu lui demandes un 2e expresso! Et le chef te dis que tu as assez de lard dans ton assiette quand tu lui en demandes un peu plus que ce qu’il t’a servi !!!
Un torchon de cuisine en guise de serviette de toilette !
En conclusion, passez votre chemin , on prend les gens pour des abrutis dans cet hôtel ! 🥲
Dommage , l’emplacement est top !

Cons:

TOUT ! Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas poster de vidéo ! Le robinet de la salle de bain , va vaut son pesant d’or !!
