Pros:

Mimo że spędziliśmy tutaj tylko jedną noc, jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem. Pan w recepcji był niezwykle miły, serdeczny i bardzo pomocny. Widok z balkonu dosłownie zapierał dech w piersiach i był pięknym dopełnieniem naszego pobytu. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, świeże . Wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższyło. Z przyjemnością wrócimy tu przy kolejnej wizycie we Włoszech. Gorąco polecamy!

Un super emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement avec la vue sur le lac. La gentillesse du personnel (surtout le personnel du bistrot...sympa, drole, un super moment!), jolie chambre avec clim et bonne literie, la qualité des plats du restaurant. L'arrivee a partir de 15h.

Cons:

Rien de formellement negatif, mais au vu du prix de la nuit on pourrait s'attendre a mieux sur les points suivants : La TV (pas connectée), la piscine, le petit dejeuner, pas de café/thé dans la chambre.

Top service dans un hotel bien localisé avec un restaurant a ne pas manquer
Pros:

super localisation avec vu partielle sur le lac. Chambre petite mais correcte. Déjeuner extra avec une bonne omelette faite par le cuisto devant toi. nous avons apprécié les petites attention personnalisé par le serveur le matin pour les capuccinos :) avec les dessins dans la mousse. Nous voulons spécialement remercier Valeria de la réception qui a fait un énorme effort pour parler en Français et qui a nous super bien conseiller et aider pour les endroit a visiter dans les environs. C'est une vraie perle !
L'hôtel est équipe de 2 piscines sur le toit , mais nous avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter car notre planning était déjà rempli avec plein de visites des villas Charlotta ( a 5 min pied ) et la villa Balbianello qui est une vraie merveille
Le restaurant gastronomique " N26" devant l'hôtel est une vraie tuerie. Repas exquise et des bons conseils par le sommelier A ne pas manquer

Cons:

l'Airco n'était prévu que de se déclencher a partir du dimanche 24 mai... Mais vu la température estivale des derniers jours, il fessais très chaud dans la chambre. Mais en un rien de temps, Valeria avait fait le nécessaire afin que le service technique nous a installé dans les 5 min. une tour de ventilateur dans la chambre. :) Super service. Gracié Valeria

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare il lago di Como. Ha proprio davanti la fermata del bus, l’imbarcadero per traghetti. Posizione ottima per visitare Villa Carlotta. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima pulizia

Cons:

Per il prezzo pagato la stanza era piccola, con due letti singoli non matrimoniali. Brutta vista con scala di ferro
Tende macchiate, lenzuola sintetiche, mancanza di scelta dei cuscini, c'era un solo cuscino basso.
Per usufruire della piscina ti obbligano a comprare i teli per usarli in piscina.

It was a beautiful hotel in itself but the hotel staff (not the food/ bar workers) were unwelcoming

The hotel manager was very unwelcoming (left a rude and unnecessary note, that was mostly not true), lots of elderly people

Me hubiera gustado no sufrir tanto calor En la habitación, fue un horno

La ubicación es buena pero re incomodo estacionar

Cons:

El personal no respondió nunca al gran inconveniente que tenía la habitación .
32 grados sin aireacondicionado ,pero lo peor fue que no apagaron la calefacción, realmente nos calcinamos.
Pero lo peor fue la falta de respuesta que a nadie le importo.
No hay control de calidad en mas habitaciones,calor extremo, sin aire acondicionado, y tampoco enchufes
