Pros:

La comunicación con el hotel fue muy fluida y las habitaciones amplias, limpias y con camas de tamaño king size que no abundan en japón o al menos en los alojamientos que hemos estado.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Quizá la única pega que puedo poner es que no se puede acceder hasta las 4 de la tarde y aunque nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar las maletas en la recepción, al ser un hotel sin personal no nos pareció lo mas adecuado.

The host is very unreasonable.
Pros:

Location is good and easy access to train stations.

Cons:

No hook in the bathroom to hang the tower. When ask, a lot of reasons provided which are not reasonable and unexpected from the host such as it spoiled the tile when glue on it. I am just asking for a temporary hook

Pros:

Very good location, in Kanda district, not overcrowded by tourist. There are many metro/train lines and you can reach by foot Akibahara(7-800 meters). Plenty of local restaurants and konbinis nearby.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean and well located. Balcony meant fresh air available, no need for air-conditioning in Spring. I had some issues with wifi and the laundry, but the staff responded through the app quickly and gave good instructions on how to solve both.

Cons:

I wasn't able to use luggage delivery services or store luggage outside of check-in hours as there is no reception and there are no staff on premises.

Comfy, central stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and the room was perfect for us. The only downside was we weren’t able to leave our bags in a secure place prior to checking in as the reception is not manned.

Pros:

Only location! Everything else was questionable.

Cons:

There were rats all over the staircase. We got a dirty sleepwear, there was no one at the reception ever, it felt like someone’s home not a hotel. There is no cleaning service, they don’t take the trash out, etc. In the shower there are no curtains so if you want to shower expect you are going to have to clean all the water afterwards.
