Pros:

Le bar du lobby etait tres bine et on a bien mangé.

Cons:

Les toilettes etaiant sales dan sla chambre et nous avon dû demander plusiers fois a la reception de venir les nettoyer. On nous arepondu que le personnel de nettoyage n'etait plus en service.... On nous aproposé de changer de chambre, mais il ne voulaient pas venir ouvrir le canapé lit de la nouvelle chambre. Enfin, pas de proactivité de la part du personnel qui n'est definitivement pas oreinter clients.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne de la gastronimie espagnole.

Durante nuestro hospedaje tuvimos un pequeño incidente en la habitación, pero el personal actuó con rapidez, resolviéndolo muy rápido y de buena manera. La comida en el restaurante nos pareció de muy buena calidad y riquísima. Una atención al cliente impecable y un servicio muy recomendable. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Me gustó la situación.

Cons:

Al llegar en la habitación hacia mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no tenia suficiente potencia para poder bajar la temperatura a la suite. El sofá cama de los más incómodos que he probado nunca y el desayuno muy flojo. Bajamos a las 7.15 y aun no estaba todo puesto. La bollería aun medio congelada.
